Item Actividades extralaborales y las relaciones de pareja de las estudiantes de la carrera de Trabajo Social(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2025-02-24) Zabala Shigui, Bryan Dario; Paredes Ruíz, Teresa De JesúsThe changes that have occurred in families and households in recent decades are not limited to the form they assume in terms of their parental structure. Their transformations occur in a wide range of situations that today show us families and domestic units more diversified in their dynamics and internal composition. Such modifications are implemented by a conjunction of factors of a diverse nature, from those related to socio-demographic and economic phenomena, to those occurring in the cultural sphere, in the area of representations, ideals and aspirations of the population. We live in a time in which women and men in modern times have to work to support the household, but the division of extra-work activities is determined by the type of couple, the conciliations that are given to share them. Throughout the 20th century, especially in its second half, female employment and the limits of modernity: the singularity of the female presence in the labor market The conceptual framework provided by theories, neoclassical, Marxist and patriarchy - neoliberalism, starts from a kind of priority where the sexual division of labor is assumed, without questioning, the sexual division of labor. In the first case, the concept of “opportunity cost” summarizes the female choice between work (understood as participation in domestic and family work) within a given framework of “preferences”. In the present research on “extra-work activities and peer relations of Social Work students”, it deepens significant aspects such as the importance of communication, family, on the part of the population studied, and their relationship with extrawork activities, giving as a result, in general, when it comes to women, it was considered that they value more the contributions in domestic activities with 80%. The culture in terms of the performance of domestic activities, it can be clearly evidenced that even though women have a higher percentage, the changes that have occurred in families and households in recent decades are not limited to the form they assume in terms of their parental structure.Item La defensa profesional del artista Ecuatoriano y el principio de alternabilidad de los funcionarios de FENARPE (Federación Nacional de Artistas(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2024-01) Zapata Córdova, Luis Marcelo; Poaquiza Poaquiza, Ángel PatricioThe present investigation is of importance to treat it because it intends to determine the application of the principle of alterability in the law of professional defense of the Ecuadorian artist, it is current since the artistic union is a group in legal defenselessness and little visible for the benefits that the state provides to other organized societies, in addition to being novel, the investigation into the background of the same, the law under investigation has already been submitted to the authorities for consideration but without any favorable response since it has gone unnoticed, those in charge of monitoring it are the artists themselves represented by the national federation of professional artists of Ecuador and in its capacity the legal representative which should tend to make this proposal effective but such is the comfort of certain leaders that they are not interested in the growth of the union members and artists in general and that do not lose this title by ceasing to belong to an institution, it is determined how the Principle of alternability affects the application of the law of professional defense of the Ecuadorian artist, this investigative work welcomes the approach: critical - propositive of a qualitative and quantitative; quantitative because the information that was submitted to statistical, qualitative analysis was collected, its line of investigation is induction by constitutional law and cultural law, it is concluded that what is based on this investigation is the lack of interest of the state in protecting the legal good represented in art.Item El contenido sobre información cultural en los diarios el Comercio y el Heraldo de la ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicación Social, 2022-11) Barragán, María Sol; Naranjo Gamboa, Byron OrlandoThis research focuses on the content of cultural information in the newspapers El Comercio and El Heraldo of the city of Ambato.
