    Tecnoestrés y Bienestar Social en estudiantes Universitarios

    Technostress is an adaptation disorder caused by the inability to manage new technologies and devices in a healthy way. The objective of this research was to determine the influence of technostress and social well-being among university students. The study employed a quantitative, exploratory, and descriptive approach. It was conducted with 270 students using proportional stratified sampling, a method that segments the population into various subgroups or strata for analysis. Consequently, a significant sample was taken from each of the three degree programs in the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, ensuring equal participation from all programs. The main findings revealed that students exhibited a moderate level of technostress, including its sub-dimensions: skepticism, anxiety, fatigue, inefficacy, and overall technostress. Similarly, the dependent variable, social well-being, was also found to be at a moderate level

    Inclusión social y desafíos en la educación de estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales

    The present study related to social inclusion and challenges in the education of students with special educational needs is a theoretical and practical research that aims to determine the relationship between social inclusion and challenges in the education of students with special educational needs. The methodology focused on qualitative research, with a descriptive level, with a synthetic and inductive analytical method. For data collection, the interview technique was applied to 9 students with special educational needs and 6 teachers working in the Totoras Educational Unit. The findings to be examined focused on learning about social inclusion under 4 dimensions: inclusion, social welfare, environment and learning, as well as analyzing the challenges in education, related to 3 dimensions: teaching, curricular adaptations, and technical and human. The results found showed that students with educational needs feel the unconditional support of their parents and school teachers, as well as their peers, however, there is still exclusion within the classroom by other classmates who do not understand the need to socialize with students with needs. On the other hand, the resulting data from the teachers allowed to verify that there are limitations and barriers for teachers to properly fulfill the teaching-learning process with students with needs, such as the limitation of technological and physical resources to develop the skills and abilities of these students. Finally, it was concluded that in order to improve certain aspects it is necessary to propose an alternative solution to the problem through the design of a training plan for teachers to strengthen inclusive pedagogical practices in the Totoras Educational Unit.

    Políticas de acciones afirmativas étnicas y los principios constitucionales de igualdad y equidad

    Affirmative actions are determined in our Constitution as policies aimed at creating equality and equity. In this sense, the State, in its actions to achieve these principles, it has implemented the mandatory application of the same in both such as a public and private spheres, expecting this to include groups considered historically discriminated against in our country. In this sense, the present investigation searches to determine if the application of affirmative actions allows formal and material equality by State objective. Likewise, it seeks to verify to what extent the people belong to a minority group are underestimated, exposing the thesis that they will not be able to achieve something without state aid. Within this framework, observe that affirmative actions seek to create equality through differentiation. The application of affirmative ethnic actions applied to both the workplace and education in our country, generates situations of equity and equality only at the starting points, but it does not ensure situations of permanence, which would help to achieve in a real way the guarantee of accomplishment with constitutional principles. Therefore, we can conclude that the fact of benefiting from a cultural and historical differentiation results in greater processes of exclusion and inequality. Within this framework, we may establish that the social impact generated by the application of Affirmative Actions has not been analyzed or taken into account. Such is the case that can be considered as differentiating actions between citizens. However, it is more accurate to opt for policies that emphasize ensuring that people belonging to an ethnic group benefit from affirmative actions within the educational field, with equal access and a guarantee of completing a degree that later becomes the axis that contributes to inclusion of it in the workplace

    La problemática en la generación de residuos del sector urbano en los asentamientos humanos y el rol del Trabajador Social

    The purpose of this research is to determine the problem in the generation of waste in human settlements that in recent years through the development of human beings has become one of the greatest environmental problems for society; this is a topic of social interest so World Organizations and researchers warn about this problem. The lack of national programs and the invisibility of the population to attend this issue, makes it necessary to participate in the role of the social worker in order to intervene facing this social problem through their functions to empower the community to seek social welfare thus improving social environment and community development. The methodology used during the research process is based on a qualitative and quantitative approach, through the analysis of documents, reports and researches where the main characteristics of the study variables were obtained. In addition, a field and a bibliographic research was developed that allows the approach to the reality with the phenomenon of study and to support the research theoretically. In order to verify the hypothesis, the Spearman correlation was used, which allows to know the degree of association between the variables, therefore, the results showed that there is a connection between the number of members of a family and the amount and types of waste they generate.
