    La producción de televisión en la unidad móvil UTA y la formación académica del comunicador social en la Universidad Técnica de Ambato

    Carrying out television production in the UTA mobile unit is a practice that complements the training of the social communicator in the Television chair and its various tasks within the steps of pre-production, production, post-production and live broadcasts, which obviously demands the management of advanced technological equipment. Therefore, this work proposes to study how the television production of the UTA mobile unit affects academic training in social communication, in addition, to analyze, diagnose and explain their respective importance. The study had a qualitative and quantitative nature, then, the deductive method or quantitative approach was used in order to validate or reject a hypothesis, likewise, the interpretive method or qualitative approach that allows generating knowledge from the interpretation of results. The techniques developed were surveys of students in the seventh and eighth semester during the academic period April September 2021, as well as semi-structured interviews with key informants, including the career coordinator, the Director in charge of the Institutional Communication Unit of the UTA, the person in charge of the television set and 15 qualified professionals from previous promotions. Once the results have been analyzed, the alternative hypothesis was validated, so that, the greater the television production in the UTA mobile unit, the better the academic training of the social communicator in the UTA, in the same way, the majority of the population considered that the practice constant in the mobile unit would provide students with a better professional preparation that would bring direct benefit in the work area.

    Los derechos laborales de los trabajdores de la comuniciación, numeral 2 del Art. 44, de la ley orgánica de comunicación y el ejercicio del periodismo deportivo en la Ciudad de Ambato

    This research was done with purpose of determinate how the Organic Communication Law (Numeral 2nd, Article 44th) has influence on Sport Journalists‘ Labor Rights and all their possible consequences during their habitual job on Ambato city. The project is being analyzed from two theoretical fundaments will give a better understanding about Organic Communication Law on its Numeral 2nd and Article 44th, besides with the support of 35 academic textbooks and more than eight of the most recent scientific papers, was established the variables for a 12 item-questionnaire with different options to answer them, this document was felled by 20 Broadcast Radio Journalists and the results were tabulated and systematized to identify a co-relation levels between the 2 variables that are being studied and verifying the hypothesis through Chi-Square Statistic Test. With this research was obtained the conclusion that Sport Journalists‘ Labor Rights on Ambato city are not respected, according how is established on Organic Communication Law, Numeral 2nd, Article 44th; affecting to professionals engaged in Sport Journalism, therefore is necessary the application of capacitating plans to Communication Mains Bosses and Social Communicators, having the objective to get awareness about this important topic at the present time.
