These tools made it possible to collect information on the inhabitants' perception regarding community participation, transparency and equity in conflict resolution. Among the main results, it was identified that power in the Huapante Grande Commune is concentrated in certain key actors, including community leaders and influential families. Likewise, it was observed that, although the community values community justice mechanisms, perceptions of inequality and lack of transparency in some processes persist. The research also revealed a significant influence of cultural and social factors in the administration of justice. The conclusions highlight the need to promote more inclusive and participatory practices to guarantee an equitable justice system that reflects the needs and values of the community. In addition, the importance of strengthening the capacities of community leaders to administer justice in a transparent and effective manner is underlined.
