    Protect the rights of nature has given the Ecuador Constitutional guarantees in environmental management approach, our Constitution establishes and builds a new paradigm of conservation of natural resources, the environment and our Pachamama. Supports and establishes rights that ensure the protection of nature and natural resources, form a set of basic rules for economic and social development of mankind. Recognize more responsibility rights constitutionally attend nature from Montecristi 2008 in Ecuador, it is to give our invaluable resources that constitute the survival of present and future generations. Natural resources, including diversity within species, climate and ecosystems varieties, in addition to its intrinsic value, give the essential character to the existence of human beings on earth and speaking in a sustainable way is an unlimited supply of resources and many services. Conservation of the environment and natural resources, as well as maintenance and restoration of ecosystems are also relevant in the fight against climate change, one of the major environmental challenges facing humanity. Management and environmental conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity resources are key elements to move towards a green economy and sustainable development, which minimizes the impact of human activities and recognize the value and the relevance of nature , attends his rights and principles under which governs the human right to live in a healthy and ecologically balanced environment.
