Currently this a social factor has become normal in our society, because parents increasingly abandon or leave their children in the care of relatives, or in most cases allow their children to be removed from their home and they end up institutionalized. The methodology that was used in the investigative process was the correlational, from a realistic point of view between the independent and dependent variables, the survey was applied to gather evidence about the study problem to know its perspectives based on the undefined family roles And its incidence, using the statistical data of the survey could identify the negative and positive factors to generate a change based on their needs. The proposal resulting from the research is the institutionalization of a school program for parents in the Orphaned and abandoned Child Protective Society "Hogar Santa Marianita", in this way it will improve the participation and commitment of the parents in the strengthening of values, Attitudes, discipline and behavior of their children in the different contexts in which they operate daily, taking into account their rights and duties as active beings in this society. It seeks to generate a culture of participation and provide solutions to conflictive situations that prevent an adequate integral development of children.
