    The reinstall labor is a process that involves every action that it's tendency is to better the conditions and labor opportunities that gives the people that are deprive of their freedom, so that way they can have access to a job once they recover their freedom, lowering the risk of rejoin in the criminality. The society plays a great important role for this people that they have been deprived of their freedom for many reasons, they can rejoin in the labor community to make money the honest way, without the nesecity to steal in our society or their families. To the development of this investigation. We have used existence bibliographic data using books, and the existents Laws of every country, this contains information of the labor rejoinment, and the delinquency rejoinment, the information that it has been studied it calls Modalidad de Campo because it comes from an specific area with the finality that this data is true and real so we can give a resolution for this people. Once we analize the results, it has to be determinated if it has to be reinforce to the labor capacity that this people receive in prisons. In Ambato city those opportunities they teach while they are inmades and often while they have finish their sentence. For this proposal they have to establish a program and orientation that goes with the labor existence of our city, determinating the way of execution, evaluation and the efectivity of this program.
