The informal commerce carried out by the lords of the "Association of Autonomous Workers of Ecuador" in the city of Ambato, has generated a ceaseless battle with the Municipal Authorities. The first ones in search of a commercial activity that allows them to take bread of the day to their homes and the latter complying with local regulations unconstitutional, which violates the right to work. The local authorities have created municipal regulations called Ordinances with the purpose of eradicating informal commerce, beyond giving a true solution to this social problem that has historical and cultural roots. These Ordinances, besides having the power to control, must be regularized, something that has been omitted not only at the local or national level but also at the international level. This regulation must necessarily be applied, since it is a procedure that establishes norms and rules, in this way it takes an adequate control and above all guarantees the rights of a community. During daily checks carried out on the main streets of the city, all types of abuse are evident, such as; physical, verbal and psychological. Without realizing the importance of this population in our society, because they depend on thousands of poor people who buy their products at much cheaper prices. The problem that increases this problem is the lack of dissemination of available municipal places, since although there are vacancies thousands of people are dedicated to market products on the streets.
