Item El clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la EP-EMAPA, Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2018-01) Espinoza Betancourt, Christian Andrés; Balseca Basantes, Jeanneth ElizabethThe present investigation work, details an analysis where it includes all the aspects that are related to the organizational climate and to the labor performance of the workers of the EP-EMAPA, Ambato, with the purpose of proposing the improvement alternatives, so that it serves as guide to the authorities or executives of the company, thus generating a motivating work environment, surrounded by a companionship among the workers and pleasant for those who make up the company and in this way increase the work performance of the same, forming an excellent team work . This work originates due to the processes of change and the new technologies that have emerged in the market and that determine the development of more skills, skills and knowledge, organizations have seen the need to implement changes in their work strategy to the time to face the challenges that are presented. There have been many factors that have influenced the organizational climate to become negative within the EP-EMAPA, Ambato. The organizational climate has been considered as a multidimensional component of elements that can be decomposed in terms of organizational structures, size of the organization, modes of communication, leadership styles of management, among others.
