    Alternativa metodológica del Teambuilding como competencia directiva del sector alimenticio de harinas y fideos en la provincia de Tungurahua

    Industrias Catedral S.A. es una empresa ecuatoriana dedicada a la fabricación y distribución de fideos, velas, harina, avena, una línea de producción de fideos y molienda; empleando a 170 personas ubicandola como una empresa mediana. Por tanto requiere acciones concretas para manejo del personal enfocandose en las competencias de cada uno de ellos. Es por esta razón que el presente trabajo de investigación se ha enfocado en proponer una alternativa metodológica del Teambuilding como competencia directiva del sector alimenticio de harinas y fideos en la provincia de Tungurahua. Puesto que, el Teambuilding se refiere a formar parte de un equipo laboral, trabajar entre todo el personal para lograr los objetivos empresariales; también, se consolida las responsabilidades y cada integrante asume un rol dentro del equipo. Además, es pertinente estudiar las competencias directivas esenciales que el personal debe conocer y practicar diariamente en sus labores; contribuyéndose en el trabajo en equipo como una sola entidad. Las empresas se ven en la necesidad de realizar constantes esfuerzos por mantener una ventaja competitiva sobre las demás, de allí la importancia de proponer fases y etapas para el trabajo en equipo. Destacándose, que las competencias directivas, deben estar inmersas en el trabajo en equipo para el logro de los objetivos de una empresa; pues se deben establecer las competencias necesarias de los empleados. Dentro de los resultados constas las fases de la alternativa metodológica que conlleva a las siguientes: 1.- planificación, 2.- desarrollo y 3.- evaluación; con las siguientes etapas respectivamente: 1.1.- diagnóstico, 1.2.- orientación, 2.1, rediseño, 2.2.- perfeccionamiento y 3.1.- medición.

    Creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de cereal dietético con cáscara de piña en el Cantón Ambato

    La piña es una de las frutas tropicales más apetecidas en la actualidad debido a los múltiples beneficios para la salud de las personas, ya que al estar compuesta por el 85% de agua posee pocas calorías y nada de grasa. Esta fruta es de mucha ayuda si se quiere bajar de peso o simplemente comer sano, ya que es considerada como una fuente rica en fibra, vitaminas y minerales, en el país se cultiva en grandes cantidades de piña y está siendo desperdiciada debido a la carencia de nuevos productos que utilice esta fruta como materia prima. Por esta razón, el presente proyecto de emprendimiento pretende elaborar cereal dietético con cáscara de piña debido a los beneficios que posee la fruta como vitaminas, fibra, es diurético, combate la indigestión y ayuda al sistema inmunológico con el objetivo de aportar al mercado un producto completamente nuevo y saludable para el consumo de las personas. El proyecto de emprendimiento se basa en cuatro estudios principales: el estudio de mercado contribuye en la identificación del mercado insatisfecho, permite establecer el precio acorde al mercado y mediante canales de distribución satisfacer las necesidades, el estudio técnico evidencia el proceso necesario para la elaboración del producto así como los recursos necesarios para la producción, el estudio organizacional plasma la estructura orgánica y funcional de la empresa mediante el establecimiento de niveles jerárquicos y finamente el estudio financiero evalúa el proyecto a través de indicadores financieros a tiempo presente y futuro para demostrar la viabilidad económica de creación de la empresa. De esta manera se pretende cubrir las necesidades insatisfechas debido a que en le mercado no existe productos similares que utilicen esta fruta como materia prima para la elaboración de productos saludables para el consumo de las personas razón por la cual nace esta idea, de tal manera satisfacer las necesidades y expectativas de los consumidores.

    Análisis prospectivo de las habilidades gerenciales en los sectores productivos en la provincia de Tungurahua

    This research developed a prospective analysis of managerial skills in the nine productive sectors of the Tungurahua province to identify those fundamental skills that managers must apply in their companies for present and future growth. Our descriptive research was oriented to characterize, analyze and interpret the fundamental managerial skills for business management, a characterization of managerial skills was carried out according to several authors that allowed us to elaborate a model with those considered essential in business administration. survey to the managers of the companies of each sector, we processed the information in the statistical program SPSS and later the results were entered in the Mic Mac program identifying those independent and dependent variables. The data obtained within the research carried out determined the essential skills that allow the management of entrepreneurs in each of the sectors, also identifying those that are not applied or with little relevance according to the sector, to take into account the strategies that will strengthen the skills of the managers. The motivation of employees was determined in all sectors, stress management as one of the main applied skills of the Textile, Agro-Petrochemical Tourism and Food sectors, innovation and creativity, the analytical and creative solution of problems are applied skills In the nine sectors, the food and metal-mechanic industries highlight the capacity for negotiation, empowerment and delegation.

    Producción de vino a partir de desecho de la pulpa de fruta en la empresa (INALPEV CIA LTDA) provincia de Tungurahua

    The company INALPEV CIA LTDA is a company that seeks to contribute to the social improvement of the community environment and the areas that provide raw materials, and in turn are committed to the application of fair trade, environmental care and administrative practices and productive glued to legal and moral regulations. It is for this reason that the present work of entrepreneurship has emphasized a meticulous study of factors that are relevant both internally and externally, with the purpose of constituting and planning the optimal use of the resources available within the company, and for the benefit of the community that help maintain the commitment. The data obtained in field research applied to potential consumers in the province of Tungurahua reveal that the use of raw material wasted in fruit wine is a good option and that it would have acceptance in the market offering variety and quality. That is why, it is proposed the production of wine from waste of fruit pulp in the company INALPEC CIA LTDA whose product will have distribution channels suitable for marketing, since being an existing company has the necessary resources to put in the project is underway, once its feasibility has been justified.

    Creación de una empresa de Vending para la venta de snacks a través de máquinas automáticas

    The following entrepreneurship project is directed in the creation of a new service based on the automatic machines to the commercialization of drinks, candies and snacks, which is well known in the marketing area as Vending, this is with the objective of satisfy the needs of students from different universities of Ambato, offering them an excellent service. This investigation is focused in making at the same time a deep as thorough analysis about the different factors and elements that are relevant in the structure and behaviour of the market we are leading to, with the purpose of optimize important resources to our future clients such as time and money, applying the best strategies of marketing to present our service to the general public. Based on this data and investigation, it is fulfilled the development of this project which is the creation of a new vending business to sell different snacks through an automatic machine with the name of “Vending Expres Foods” which pretends to cover a percentage of potencial dissatisfied demand and in that way forge market growth.

    Incorporación de una línea de bebidas saborizadas en la empresa Agualuz Pro Ambato

    Agualuz Pro-Ambato is a processing and marketing company of natural beverages based on purified water, applying high technology in 20 years to the service of the center of the country, satisfying the consumers with purified water of high quality for the most demanding consumers, in time In the market, it has proven to be an innovative and competitive company in its respective market. During the respective evaluation of the company, an inadequate use of the operating resources of Agualuz Pro-Ambato was detected, taking into account that the company has a well-defined vision, this project will optimize the majority of resources through the generation of productivity contributing directly towards achieving the business objectives of the industry efficiently. From the research it is determined that the resources currently managed by the company can generate attractive results, through the incorporation of a new line of beverages, thrown by the market study that determines the feasibility needed to execute the project, together with the adequate optimization of resources. Through the incorporation of the new line of flavored drinks, it is intended to cover an unmet potential demand, taking into account that the company seeks to expand in the market and maintain itself over time. Additionally, the current economic and financial evaluation shows that if the new line is feasible, given the indicators thrown by the study, they are positive and equally, entrepreneurship will contribute to achieving the vision of the company.

    La administración de la logística en el sector panificador de la ciudad de Ambato

    The company Bakery Madrigal is dedicated to the preparation, sale and distribution of different types of bread in the parish Juan Benigno Vela and its surroundings, time in which they have developed their processes empirically through the experience gained during their years of operation , in such a way that it is necessary to take actions that contribute to its growth in the local market. "The Administration of logistics in the bakery sector of the city of Ambato" was carried out in order to provide an instrument of consultation and help in the administrative and logistical management of the company Madrigal Bakery, which provided the data required in the project to improve its management in the acquisition of raw material and bread making. The project details the theoretical framework regarding logistics and productivity, contributing with current concepts on this subject. To achieve the results of the research, the sample was determined by applying the statistical formula for a finite population and through a questionnaire the owners of the bakeries of the canton were approached. The results show that the bakery sector in the city of Ambato has a family structure and its production is retail, basically oriented to daily consumption. The proposal describes the development of a logistics model where inventory, suppliers, storage and distribution of products are located. In relation to the inventories, the amount of raw material required for the four years was calculated, previously the amount of demand for the years of study was determined, on the distribution of the product, the different routes clearly defined.

    Creación de una empresa para la elaboración y comercialización de kits nutritivos para los niños de las escuelas particulares en la ciudad de Ambato

    The company "Nutrikits" was born with the purpose of developing and marketing kits of healthy and nutritious food based on the dispositions issued by the Ministries of Education and Public Health, which aim to reduce the malnutrition problems of the students of the schools nationwide . There will be a person specialized in nutrition who will elaborate and standardize the recipes of each of the kits, to make the products delicious and to the liking of the children. The main reason that the present enterprise has is to contribute to the social development of all those involved, that is, it generates economic resources for investors, it creates employment sources and it encourages children's eating habits based on the statistics of the organisms of control present several problems of malnutrition which affects their school performance and growth. As a result, an evident acceptance was obtained from the parents and owners of the school bars that will be where the kits will be commercialized, in addition, the financial part yields attractive data for the investors, that is, it is a viable project that if what it executes will generate more profitability than having the money in a financial institution. The proposal is the creation of nutritious kits, based on the recommended values of daily intake for children proposed by the Ministry of Education, for which natural products rich in protein, vitamins and minerals with a high rate of nutrients that contribute in the development and growth of children who study in private schools in the city.

    Nueva línea de producción de embutidos a base de Bresaola en la empresa La Valtellina

    The company La Valtellina acquired the responsibility of the making of sausages for the family Tungurahuense, with standard quality high places. At present the training is limited in the sausages production with healthy meat, like that the companies only offer sausages of meat and chicken without new options for the clients, because it exists an ignorance on the making advantages with more healthy meat, which it has motivated to an increasing lack of interest in its production, hence, is clear the lack of motivation for the formation of the individual who does not offer initiatives for the production with the different raw material that is healthier for the clients and a new option for the tables of the families. When it is fulfilled by the design of the take first one will think about how like central target inside the company to expire with the demand of the market of sausages of the province of Tungurahua, achieving a suitable innovation in the manufacture of new products on the local market that offer an added value in its production and commercialization, across a better planning of the processes and this way to present an innovative offer. The economic contribution Meat for the company La Valtellina is a growth of its sales offering new products for the clients, allowing to settle the clients' demand of more healthy sausages, also new products on the national market encouraging the production. The economic contribution that it will offer will be the possibility of encouraging the growth of its sales in the Tungurahua province, strengthening its aptitude to produce and to generate innovative products that attract new buyers. The social contribution links in spite of offering the possibilities of generating sources of direct and indirect employment, so much for those who will be employed at the production, as for those that will commercialize the new production line, the company will be the beneficiary opening possibilities to hire new personnel and to work with local businessmen.

    Estrategias de marketing para el sector de producción de helados artesanales del cantón Salcedo

    The present investigation was developed in the Salcedo Canton of Cotopaxi province, currently known as the city of ice cream and pinol, was founded on September 19, 1919, the history of Salcedo ice cream began in the year 1950 when the situation economic situation was in a difficult situation, that's when a nun named Rosa María Duran created the famous Salcedo ice cream and at that time it was known as the ice cream of the nuns and Salcedo ice cream came to be considered as the heritage of the Canton The reason why it is intended to investigate the marketing strategies of the artisanal ice cream production sector of Cantón Salcedo, is evident in the ice cream parlors of Salcedo that go through a difficult economic situation due to the opening of the Lateral Latacunga-Salcedo-Ambato pass and other causes causing the sale of ice cream to decrease by up to 70%. The qualitative, quantitative, field research, bibliographical, exploratory, descriptive and explanatory approach was applied to gather information, which allows obtaining results attached to reality. In addition, the totality of the finite population was taken as sample: 34 ice cream shops registered in the Municipality of Salcedo Canton dedicated to the production and commercialization of Salcedo ice cream to which the survey was applied through the formulation of a questionnaire. It is determined that the ice cream shops do not design or apply marketing strategies, therefore it is proposed to develop a marketing plan that helps improve the current demand for ice cream consumption of Salcedo
