Item Estatus disciplinario y alcance de la actividad investigativa de los profesores de administración(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas. Carrera de Marketing y Gestión de Negocios., 2019-02) Alvear Vásquez, Janina Daniela; Salán Barrionuevo, Catherine Lizbeth; Castro Analuiza, Juan CarlosLa concentración excesiva o focalización de la actividad investigadora, responde a un número reducido de autores o coautores, respecto a los profesores que se espera generen resultados de investigación. Con esta disruptiva se analiza la producción de artículos de los profesores y su perspectiva de publicar, mediante una revisión sistemática donde se visualiza la dinámica y alcance de las publicaciones en el periodo 2011-2018 de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato, centro de Educación Superior ubicado en la Zona tres del centro del Ecuador. El estudio es una investigación original, exploratorio de carácter transversal, donde se visualiza la dinámica y alcance de la actividad investigadora, aterrizada en publicaciones científicas, regionales, libros y ponencias. Este progreso dio paso a la producción de 121publicaciones en 36 revistas a nivel nacional e internacional. La mayor producción se aloja en el sistema Regional de Información en Línea para Revistas Científicas de América Latina, el Caribe, España y Portugal (Latindex). Finalmente, la tendencia de publicaciones es creciente, según el perfil, matiz, y tipología de los profesores jóvenes, que publican en mayor cantidad en relación a los dos restantes segmentos identificados.Item Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en el desarrollo de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera Organización de Empresas, 2017-05) Orozco Angamarca, Diana Alba; Sisalema Pilco, Miguel Ángel; Miranda López, Rodrigo FernandoThe Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato is an academic unit of higher education that is dedicated to the training of professionals of third and fourth level with critical thinking capable of leading the changes that occur in the social and economic environment and to promote the sustainable development of the country's companies. The same has two careers that are: Business Organization and Marketing and Business Management. When dedicating itself to the formation of professionals it is necessary that its administrative and academic processes are well defined, the present research work has allowed us to know if the Faculty has a model for the standardization and systematization of processes that respond efficiently, through the opinion of both its internal and external customers. The data from applied research indicate that several aspects need to be corrected, including improving the quality of the education provided, this in direct relation to the teachers and teach their, as regards the processes there isn´t adequate standardization and systematization. Therefore, the proposal is the design of a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, oriented to the continuous improvement of each of the processes that the Faculty has, in addition to improving competitiveness and profitability significantly. Carrera de Marketing y Gestión de Negocios., 2017-04) Lara Luzuriaga, Elena Estefanía; Bucay Moreta, Willian Ricardo; Ortiz Paredes, William FranklinThe present research work was developed in Zone 3, to the third year high school students and to university students with the objective of measuring the degree of perception of the brand, that leads to find a value proposition for a later management of the Brand of the Marketing Career of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the Technical University of Ambato. The main problem detected is the lack of knowledge about the level of positioning of the Marketing Career in zone 3. It also takes into account this period of growing competition among universities, in which the need to find a model that contains feasible methods and strategies to achieve the positioning of the Career arises, through Integral Marketing Communication (IMC). Through the application of the survey as an instrument, done to the target market, it was detected that the Career is not positioned, even more to the high school students that are the highest percentage compared to university students, as a result is evident that the positioning would be based on a five-axis model: Advertising, Sales Promotion, Personal Sales, Public Relations and Interactive Marketing. As this research is carried out using statistical models, it becomes a reference for future research and applicable models, for other IES that could take this information as a starting point for the positioning of their careers.
