    The Savings and Credit Cooperative Sembrando un Nuevo País, has been dedicated to the provision of financial services such as savings, investments and credits for 10 years, during which time has experienced the phases of introduction and constant struggle in growth, nowadays the cooperative seeks to position itself better in the market and to be more competitive among the cooperatives of segment 3 to which it belongs, therefore it is essential to take strategic actions on the effective application of the Human Talent Management Drivers in order to improve the sustainability of the Cooperative. It is for this reason that the present research project has focused on conducting an internal analysis, with the aim of establishing strategies to improve the positioning of the Cooperative through the good performance of the collaborators. The general data obtained in the applied research at the hierarchical levels, that is to say, executive and operative that make up the entity are: the driver of leadership practices is the one of better acceptance and execution in the collaborators and the driver of accessibility to knowledge, especially in the sub Collaborative drive and teamwork is the least accepted. Thus the resulting proposal of the research is the implementation of an Integrative Model between knowledge management and teamwork, which managers should apply to the benefit of employees and cooperative, as well as result in the improvement in the evaluation of work performance and ample knowledge of the importance of the correct execution of the drivers of the management of human capital in the Cooperative Sembrando un Nuevo País.
