Item Gestión del capital intelectual para el sector cooperativo de la provincia de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas. Carrera Organización de Empresas, 2018-02) Gallo Salas, Jenny Elizabeth; Abril Freire, Maria CristinaThe savings and credit cooperative "Kullki Wasi", began its path to be planted more than a decade ago, in 2002 when several leaders of Chibuleo, Salasaca and Pilahuin meet in Ambato, in order to form a savings and credit cooperative. This meeting was composed of twelve people and led by Mr. Juan Andagana as Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Manuel Caizabanda, of medical specialty. The members decided to baptize their cooperative with the name of Kullki Wasi, which in Kichwa means the House of money, the entity granted indistinctly individual credits of small amounts and over the balance of $ 50 up to $ 1,000 dollars, maximum term of 12 months and a guarantor, the Disbursement made in cash. The research carried out focuses on the area of human talent and its main factors in these institutions is the structural part, since most have well-defined personnel selection procedures that allow us to define their intellectual capacity for the position to be applied. Through the surveys carried out, it was concluded that the human talent of the Cooperative does not have plans for training and development of its employees, which was mentioned by 45% of the respondents. Finally, at the conclusion of the investigation, it is concluded that the Cooperative should apply evaluation instruments with indicators to measure results and evaluate the performance of its collaborators in order to have a financial progress with the established principles of each person.Item La gestión por competencias y su relación con los métodos de valuación de puestos de los funcionarios de la empresa pública - Empresa Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2017) Jácome Lizano, Andrea Vanessa; Abril Freire, Maria CristinaThe present work was taken from a problem in the Public Company - Municipal Water and Sewerage Company of Ambato, which has provided total openness for the development of this research work, where it was determined that the main problem is focused on Management by Competences and its relation with the Methods of Valuation of Positions, and through questions the level of affectation to the productivity of its collaborators was determined that interferes highly the fulfillment of the Institutional Strategic Planning. In this framework, it is aimed at increasing the performance of its human capital and the institution by properly managing human talent that involves all administrative processes, the objective of this research is to determine the level of work skills of each sub-process of human talent, and according to that analysis, look for alternatives that help mitigate the lack of competencies within administrative processes. Considering as the main resource of the company the human talent, the profiling is proposed by competence that is the description of the main activities carried out in a job and the skills required to cover said position. Defining competencies as the set of knowledge, skills and abilities that allow a collaborator to perform effectively, has been considered as basic negotiation skills, initiative, self-confidence, strategic thinking, leadership, flexibility. Under these considerations, for the EP-EMAPA-A to have competency profiles is the starting point to start a management of human talent based on competencies; which has two effects, on the one hand the company benefits from having qualified personnel in terms of knowledge and skills related to their jobs; and, on the other hand, the employees of the institution will have greater opportunities to develop professionally as it facilitates their promotion, stability and development of their abilities through an efficient valuing of positions.Item Psicología del consumidor y las nuevas tendencias en los medios de comunicación publicitaria(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera de Marketing y Gestión de Negocios., 2021-02) Villegas Torres, Dayanna Natividad; Medina Paredes, Victoria Isabel; Abril Freire, Maria CristinaA partir de los primeros registros que se poseen de la civilización, los seres humanos no solo han especulado acerca de la naturaleza, las causas de la mente y el comportamiento, sino que también han empleado su ingenio para someter a pruebas empíricas estas especulaciones, mediante la investigación se enmarcan en el vertiginoso avance de la propaganda de las empresas para abarcar mayor número de potenciales consumidores. Una vez consolidado el estudio y planteamiento de la psicología, esta se ha propagado en todos los ámbitos, el del marketing no escapa a esta cobertura y es motivo de múltiples estudios como el presente en el que se combina también la incidencia de los medios publicitarios que se convertido en un elemento clave del desenvolvimiento de las organizaciones con la perspectiva de la empresa es realizar marketing considerando todos los aspectos que influyen en el mercado. Se planteó como objetivo general investigar la psicología del consumidor y las nuevas tendencias en los medios de comunicación publicitaria; para el efecto, se hizo de uso de forma sistemática de una metodología orientada al estudio bibliográfico y de campo. Se obtuvieron resultados que determinan la interrelación entre las variables en estudio y se permitió evidenciar que la influencia actual de medios de comunicación se centra mayormente en medios digitales producto de la sociedad de la información y comunicación en la que vive el mundo actual, la transformación de los ejes de comunicación se da a la par de las necesidades de la sociedad y combinando el marketing con la psicología con el fin de aumentar el consumo.Item Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en las empresas avícolas de la Provincia de Tungurahua – OHSAS 18001(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera Organización de Empresas, 2017-10) Paredes Tite, Viviana Cristina; Abril Freire, Maria CristinaThe companies of the poultry sector are currently contributing to the Province with sources of labor and development of the economy, which has been strengthened in each of the resources they need, especially in human talent, which is the most important resource so they must take all necessary measures to safeguard the safety of employees and always seek to optimize Labor Performance of this sector. The Occupational Safety and Health of the collaborators in the poultry sector has been affected, because the companies of this sector do not have an Occupational Health and Safety System that allow to avoid that the collaborators suffer some type of incident, accident or a occupational disease in performing their duties. The data collected in the survey that was made to a company in the sector that has 30 employees indicate that it is of great importance and relevance to provide the necessary security to its employees as well as to protect the health of each one of them. Due to this the research focused on carrying out a more in-depth study on the Occupational Safety and Health in the poultry companies of the Province of Tungurahua, knowing the different factors that can cause physical as well as mental damage in the collaborators, besides provide the necessary training to avoid any type of work accident. The companies of the poultry sector, having an Occupational Health and Safety System, will be able to offer their collaborators a safe place of work, in addition to having the confidence to carry out their work
