To enhance the efficiency of water resource management in rural communities, a technological solution was developed for the Totoras Drinking Water and Sanitation Administrative Board in response to deficiencies such as manual meter reading, frequent billing errors, and limitations in real-time consumption monitoring. The main objective of the project was to implement a multi-platform system based on Model View Controller (MVC) architecture for the intelligent monitoring of drinking water consumption. The proposal integrated IoT devices that allow accurate consumption data to be obtained and accessed remotely through a web and mobile application. The development was carried out on an experimental basis, with information collected through surveys, interviews, and direct observation in the field. The agile Kanban methodology was applied, allowing for iterative cycles that responded effectively to technical and operational requirements. Validation was carried out in a real environment with functional prototypes installed in homes in the Cristal neighbourhood. The projected results include the automation of meter readings, reduction of human error, immediate availability of historical data, and user empowerment through access to real-time consumption data. In addition, the implementation of the system improves service transparency and allows for future scalability to other communities with similar conditions.

The use of responsive web applications have presented a boom as time goes by, so much so that most people prefer to keep in touch from their cell phones, leaving aside the computers. This project has the implementation of a responsive web system as a fundamental objective, the same that has different functions which are: manage all users who enter the system, separated by roles and each role has different views of the application, you can also manage all patients thus saving the necessary data of each one as well as prescribe their treatment and manage it, you can also manage all medical visitors who attend the medical office Neira, finally there is a full calendar where you can see the days, hours, weeks, months and years to properly manage a medical appointment that formerly were handled physically and without any control. The responsive web application was deployed in a Laravel language environment as BackEnd and with the help of Vue.js for the FrontEnd, Laravel has built-in Model View Controller (MVC), the same that helps the structure of the application in the part of data flow, the database manager used was MySQL that ensures security and accessibility to data while protecting the integrity of these, the implementation was performed on the CPanel server that provides free and paid version under the domain consulneira.com, for the control of the deliverables of each process required by the company for the development of the application, the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology was applied for an optimal management and development of the same, allowing all changes to be made in an adequate and organized manner.

The use of technology in companies inside the financial area is very frequent, it allows the automation of the operations that are carried out daily. Currently most companies have devices and applications that facilitate the performance of their activities, information management, in order to optimize time and facilitate their execution. The objective of this project is to implement a system for the management of Human Resources information to improve response times in the attention to employees, managing in an automated way the information that is manipulated in the area, with the implementation of a web application that automates the information, reducing the risk of loss of information that is caused by the manual handling of the same. The web application was developed using the XP methodology, as a result of which the user stories and iterations facilitated the development of the activities required for the system, being efficient at the time of planning, design and testing, which allows to have an adequate control over the development times. For the development of the application we used the ASP.NET CORE MVC framework for the benefits and resources it offers, which allowed us to develop the application in a faster, more orderly and efficient way, due to the structure and different software components it offers; it also allows the use of relational databases such as PostgreSQL used in this project, non-relational databases, Excel, API Rest, among other data sources.

The use of technology has changed over the years and has become involved in the business environment, because it helps to maintain good organization and streamlines internal processes, saving time and reducing costs. In Ecuador, pasteurizers have many processes for their business rules, which is why they must manage computer systems that help to maintain and optimize daily production and inventory control records. The research project aims to implement a web system for inventory and production control in the Pasteurizadora J.S. of Salcedo city, because they currently have manual and semi-automatic records (Excel), for this reason through technological tools seeks to cover the essential requirements of the business rule, thus allowing automate and streamline efficiently production processes such as: Suppliers, Raw Material Registration, Supplier Payment Calculations, Production Registration, Production Expenses, Product Stock, Sales and Routing Expenses, thus helping to reduce calculation errors and have clear records of internal business movements. The Extreme Programming (XP) methodology was used to maintain adequate control for the development of activities, establishing times and organization through user stories for each functional module of the system. The web system was developed with MVC architecture because it helps to separate the code in a way that facilitates the maintenance and scalability of the system, also used the technologies of HTML (HyperText Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and JavaScript for the front-end and PHP (Hypertext Pre-Processor) version 8 for the back-end, the database engine used was MySQL thanks to the compatibility it maintains with PHP, finally the application was implemented in a Hostinger virtual server with the domain pasteurizadorajs.com

The National Telecommunications Corporation CTN E.P. is a state entity that offers fixed and mobile telephone services, Internet access in the country and Cloud solutions. The Energy and Air Conditioning department of CNT E.P. Cotopaxi Agency performs maintenance processes to the equipment registered in the different locations in the province of Cotopaxi. For this action, work orders are created, which are generated through an external system where only the date of the maintenance is recorded. Once the maintenance is performed, the reports for each piece of equipment are prepared and submitted to the technical manager. The main drawback is in the process of recording maintenance data, since for each work order performed, the technical staff must enter the data in an Excel spreadsheet, deleting the data from the previous work order performed. This is a problem since during the day, there are many work orders to be completed and, therefore, it affects the time to complete the planned activities. For this reason, this research work proposes the development of a web system for the automation of these processes. Based on the requirements obtained through observation and interview in the department of Energy and Air Conditioning Cotopaxi Agency, it was determined to develop the project in PHP language using the software architecture pattern MVC (Model-View-Controller), Object Oriented Programming and the use of the PostgreSQL database for storage and management of information. The XP methodology was used in the development of the project, which allowed at all times of development, an interaction with the end user to be used correctly.

Currently the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San Francisco Ltda. Is a financial entity, oriented to offer financial services, executed with quality to contribute to the well-being of partners, clients and society. The Cooperative carries out the software development processes and the planning of activities through the use of the Microsoft Excel tool, which is a Spreadsheet developed by Microsoft, in addition to the use of spreadsheets for the Sprint registration in the Infrastructure area and in the área of software development, the same that aﬀects the report generation time, nonconformity in the requested product or service and not knowing the cause, for this reason in this research work the development of a web system is proposed to the automation of these processes.

The subject of the project is focused on developing a web system for the billing process, reading and consulting the spreadsheets, in the Picaihua parish drinking water administration board "Mollepamba", allowing the data to be handled properly obtained for the respective item to be collected. Among the main pillars of this project is to ﬁnd that the developed platform is focused on easy access and compression by the people who are going to handle it. The main screen will allow users to enter their data and consult the values to be canceled are these by means of your personal data or the speciﬁed meter number. On the other hand, it is expected that said platform is safe and meets the demands of the users of the Mollepamba Water Board, it should be added that this project has been the result of the compendium of knowledge that has been acquired during university life and that have made it possible to implement safe and accessible effective software. Regarding the operating model of the system, it is based on systematic steps starting with the development of the Software Development Plan where the speciﬁcations and requirements of the Software will be detailed, then a document will be prepared indicating the architecture of the Software, development and commissioning of the system, as well as possible failures and their solutions. Finally, with the deﬁnition of the Software, a ﬁrst prototype is generated which will be evaluated under a trial and error tabulation that will later be reﬁned, correcting its possible failures and resulting in a second functional prototype that results in its Implementation.

Los avances tecnológicos desde la aparición del Internet a ido avanzando hasta la actualidad, con el único propósito de ir brindando más accesibilidad a la información mediante la Web. Hoy en día en las Instituciones Educativas el contar con aplicaciones bajo entorno Windows y Web que permitan realizar procesos académicos acordes al avance tecnológico y con acceso a servicios rápidos y concretos es necesaria y de gran ayuda para la Comunidad Educativa, siendo una aplicación Web el complemento ideal para el personal de la Institución, ya que facilita el uso de la información al usuario y evita la dependencia de documentos físicos. El Centro de Desarrollo Infantil “CDI” de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato realiza actividades relacionadas con el desarrollo integral, como son recreación, expresión alimentación, educación, generando acción de prevención y atención a la salud infantil de los niños en los niveles de: Maternal 1, Maternal 2 e Inicial 1. En el CDI el personal administrativo realiza labores académicas de forma manual cuyo proceso está limitado a la dependencia de hojas de papel, lo que provoca la acumulación de trabajo y como consecuencia retrasos y pérdida de tiempo, por ello se ha visto la necesidad de la creación de una aplicación Web que gestione todos los procesos administrativos escolares con lo cual se lograra beneficiar significativamente a los miembros de la Institución. El presente proyecto propone la implantación de un sistema administrativo integrado en el CDI, bajo la tecnología ASP.NET MVC que implementa el patrón modelo-vista-controlador (MVC) y con la utilización de la metodología ágil de desarrollo de software XP(Extreme Programming ) que se basa en la simplicidad, la comunicación y la retroalimentación o reutilización del código desarrollado. Centrada en potenciar las relaciones interpersonales como clave para el éxito en el desarrollo de software. Su objetivo es aumentar la productividad en el desarrollo del software, la metodología XP es adecuada para proyectos medianos y pequeños donde los equipos de desarrollo son más de 3 y menor a 10. De esta manera se facilitara el acceso a los datos, la manipulación de la información de manera oportuna, permitiendo así consultas y reportes de manera rápida y eficaz, a la vez permite tener confidencialidad, integridad, disponibilidad y seguridad de la información alojada en el servidor. C• Con la implantación del sistema Web se podrá agilitar: Ingreso de datos del personal (Administrativo, Docente y Estudiantil),Matriculación de los estudiantes, Ingreso de notas de los estudiantes, Ingreso de la ficha medica del estudiante, Generación de órdenes de pago de los servicios que presta la Institución, Emisión de consultas y reportes. Logrando así disminuir el uso de documentación física y a la vez ayudando a la toma de decisiones oportunas.
