Item type:Ítem, Aplicativo web para la digitalización de la gestión de campeonatos de fútbol en la Liga Deportiva Parroquial Juan Benigno Vela(2026-01) ;Flores Salazar Elji David ;Ibarra Torres Oscar FernandoUniversidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de SoftwareThis research project aimed to improve the management of football championships for the Juan Benigno Vela Parish Sports League by digitizing and automating its administrative processes. An analysis of the current situation identified limitations related to the use of physical documents and a lack of traceability. Based on this assessment, functional and non-functional requirements were established in accordance with ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148:2018, and a multi-layered client-server architecture was designed and documented according to ISO/IEC/IEEE 42010:2011. This architecture integrates different views that offer complementary perspectives on the system. The system was developed using Node.js for the backend, React for the frontend, PostgreSQL as the database management system, and a FastAPI microservice for image preprocessing before OCR. Its development was managed using the Kanban methodology and the GitFlow branching model. The application was deployed on a server and successfully passed acceptance testing, achieving 100% compliance. The results show substantial improvements in processes such as player registration and ID card issuance, which saw a 74.9% reduction in processing time, and the use of OCR for recording match minutes, which decreased the time by 63.61% compared to the manual procedure. The usability evaluation yielded SUS scores of 91 for administrators and 90 for presidents, while the application of the TAM model obtained averages of 4.39 and 4.76 respectively, confirming high system acceptance.Item type:Ítem, Aplicación móvil con Flutter y Asp.net core para el control de cumplimiento laboral en la empresa Autorepuestos W.M.C.C.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera de Tecnologías de la Información.The digitization of administrative processes in Latin American small and medium-sized enterprises represents a fundamental shift toward optimizing operations through technological tools. This evolution seeks to increase accuracy in information management, reduce human error, and strengthen organizational oversight capabilities. In Ecuador, particularly in commercial enterprises, traditional methods are still in use, hindering administrative efficiency. Autorepuestos W.M.C.C., an automotive parts distributor in Ambato, exemplifies this problem by maintaining a manual attendance record system that generates multiple issues with staff tardiness, constant information loss, and unauthorized modifications to recorded schedules. This situation complicates customer service during the first hour of operation and limits informed management decision-making. For this reason, this research aims to develop and implement a mobile application capable of automating attendance records, validating the geographical location of personnel using GPS with an accuracy of 5 meters, and generating real-time reports that facilitate administrative control. The technological development followed Kanban principles, implementing Flutter for mobile devices, ASP.NET Core as a service server, and SQL Server for storage, integrating Google Maps API for verification. The results reveal 93% acceptance among employees and total confidence in the effectiveness of the system, demonstrating that the solution eliminates deficiencies in the manual method, guarantees the integrity of records, and provides verifiable information for administrative decisions. Carrera de Tecnologías de la Información, 2024-02) ;Jara Abad, Christian JonathanMayorga Mayorga, Franklin OswaldoThe Cybersecurity and regulatory compliance are crucial in today's digital environment. Online security safeguards systems, networks, and data against computer risks, preserving the integrity and confidentiality of information of an interconnected world. Normative compliance ensures that organizations adhere to relevant regulations, including data privacy and digital protection. These aspects are linked, the normative compliance establishes secure and responsible practices in the digital realm, enhancing resilience against digital intrusions. The current project aims to implement robust security measures in the personal database of the Empresa Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado (EMAPA), applying cybersecurity compliance principles to protect the information stored in the database. The objective is to establish a framework of best practices and normative compliance that safeguards the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data, effectively mitigating potential cyber risks and threats. The project was developed using the Kanban methodology, which allows project management, and the Kanban Flow software was utilized for its efficiency as a Kanban board. The development process was structured into seven distinct stages, each designed to address specific aspects of the project. Kanban Flow, provides a visual and collaborative platform, facilitated the management and supervision of tasks at each stage of the project. As a result of the project, there has been a notable increase in EMAPA's resilience to potential digital threats. The implementation of security actions in the personal database, in compliance with cybersecurity standards, has effectively strengthened barriers against cyber risks.
