Sifizsoft is a software provider company for the cooperative sector that managed its estimation and commercial offer processes through Excel templates and email, which caused data loss, lack of traceability, and delays in delivering proposals to clients. The research adopted a qualitative and quantitative approach with a technological modality. Eighteen surveys were applied to staff from the operational and commercial areas, accompanied by five direct observation sheets. The results showed that 55.6% of the staff identified delays in offer delivery as the main problem, and 44.4% indicated that automating the estimation record and improving tracking control were the priority. A web application with a component-based approach was developed using Next.js, React and TypeScript on the frontend, and ASP.NET Core on the backend, with a SQL Server database, forming a full-stack architecture. The application incorporates state flows for estimations and offers, role-based access by area, email notifications and read-only integration with the SifizPlanning system. The solution covers the complete cycle from the reception of the technical requirement to the formalization of the commercial offer. The application made it possible to replace non-specialized tools with a centralized system, with actor-level traceability and real-time tracking indicators.Item type:Ítem, Aplicación web responsive utilizando frameworks Open Source para la gestión de inventario y ventas en el frigorífico 'Don Llambo' en la parroquia rural de Pilahuín.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. In the field of veterinary medicine, this management is even more necessary due to the variety of supplies to be managed and the need to control stock and expiration dates. At the Veterinary Teaching Hospital of the Technical University of Ambato (HDV-UTA), supplies were managed manually. This led to inconsistencies in records, the risk of supplies expiring, a lack of traceability in records, and time spent recording and controlling supplies. In response to this situation, a technological tool was implemented that reduces operation times and improves the accuracy of the data managed. In this project, a web application was developed to digitize and automate the management of veterinary medical supplies. This project was carried out using the hybrid agile methodology of Scrum and Extreme Programming (XP) to enable continuous validation with staff. The system was developed in Blazor WebAssembly and ASP.NET Core 9 with SQL Server 2022 as the database management system. The solution integrated modules for recording supplies and batches, managing incoming and outgoing movements, real-time alerts, reports, and dashboards. Its implementation reduced the time required to enter and control supplies; the process took an average of 180 minutes and now takes a maximum of 5 minutes. Carrera de Tecnologías de la InformaciónMany processes within public administration are managed traditionally or manually. However, with the advancement of information and communications technologies, modernizing these procedures is essential to improve their operational efficiency. The Ecuadorian Air Force's Aerotechnics Improvement School (EPAE) manages its public procurement processes physically, making it difficult to clearly and efficiently track them. The study proposes the design, development, and implementation of a modern web application that, through an interactive interface, facilitates the transparent control, management, and monitoring of public procurement processes in real time. The project was based on a hybrid methodology between Scrum and XP, incorporating best practices from each. Its development structure is based on three layers using React and Node.js technologies. Through surveys, interviews, and direct observation, it was possible to diagnose staff needs, as well as the most critical aspects of current processes. The implementation of the web application has promoted a more organized and collaborative digital organizational culture, facilitating coordination between departments, reducing human error, and improving control and monitoring of process flow. These benefits contribute to improved traceability and the way documents are managed in the institution's public procurement processes
