In the field of university health, digital transformation is essential for optimizing clinical care and document management. This project developed an Integrated Medical System for the clinical modules of the UTA Faculty of Health Sciences, addressing fragmented information management, document duplication, and a lack of standardization and communication between specialties. The solution implemented is a web application developed with Blazor WebAssembly and .NET Core 8, using clean architecture and Scrumban methodology. The system centralizes a single electronic medical record, fed by six specialized modules: General Medicine, Nursing, Nutrition, Psychology, Early Stimulation, and Physical Therapy. It incorporates reports to generate statistics, analyses, and dashboards that strengthen institutional decision-making. Each module maintains autonomy for specific processes, while role-based management ensures confidentiality, security, and traceability over time. The results show significant and quantifiable improvements. Document duplication was completely eliminated, going from 21 documents per week to zero. The time taken to locate records decreased from 3-6 minutes to less than 60 seconds. The deployment of medical records was optimized from 36.67 to 31 minutes on average, and care times improved in all specialties. The SUS scale assessment reached 84/100 points, reflecting high acceptability, an intuitive interface, and a minimal learning curve. This development establishes the foundations for evidence-based clinical management, strengthens institutional research, and facilitates scalability toward emerging technologies such as telemedicine, consolidating a comprehensive digital ecosystem for university health.
