This degree project addresses the design and implementation of a multi-account WhatsApp integration module for commercial management at the company Impaldiesel Cía. Ltda., located in the city of Ambato. The project arises from the need to centralize and optimize the communication of the sales team, which previously operated with multiple WhatsApp accounts distributed across personal devices, leading to information loss, lack of traceability, duplicated efforts, and limitations in decision-making based on reliable metrics. The methodology applied is based on an agile approach using Kanban, enabling iterative development. A detailed requirements analysis was conducted through interviews with management and a review of internal processes, identifying the specific needs of the system. The module integrates a Node.js API using the whatsapp-web.js library and is incorporated into Odoo 16, enabling simultaneous management of multiple accounts, structured conversation logging, file exchange, access to the product catalog, and the use of predefined messages to standardize communication. The results demonstrate significant improvements in operational efficiency, achieving complete centralization of commercial communication, full traceability of the customer service process, and a substantial reduction in information loss. Additionally, the implemented dashboards allow real-time supervision and strengthen managerial decision-making. Functional validation confirmed compliance with the established requirements.
