    EMCO, a company engaged in civil engineering activities, faces significant challenges when generating budgets through Unit Price Analysis (UPA). The current used software tools create complications due to fragmented information, difficulties in propagating changes, lack of integration among budget components, and overall cumbersome management, all compounded by limited usability. To overcome these difficulties, an automated web system was proposed for managing unit price analysis, integrating all underlying processes: budget formulation, definition of line items, management of materials, equipment, labor, cubage, and technical specifications. The technologies used for the system development were MySQL as the database management system, Node.js for the backend, and React for the frontend. Regarding the development methodology, an agile approach was adopted using Rapid Application Development (RAD). The system’s usability was evaluated using a System Usability Scale (SUS) test, applied to a sample of 11 civil engineers with years of experience in their field. Following the test, a SUS score of 80.91 was obtained, leading to the conclusion that the system has good usability, is intuitive, has a user-friendly interface, and facilitates its adoption for unit price analysis management.
