    The purpose of this project is to implement a web application for the management of community activities and inquiries through the use of a chat in the community of Echaleche, with the objective of optimizing administrative processes and strengthening communication between community members and the board. The research was based on a technological development approach, applying agile methodologies that allowed for flexible planning and continuous validation of the web application. The initial analysis identified shortcomings in the control of community work days (mingas), meetings, and dues, due to the manual management of records. Based on this analysis, the functional and non-functional requirements of the web application were established, prioritizing transparency, security, and ease of use. The methodology applied was developed under a quantitative approach and employed both field and bibliographic research. The development was carried out using open-source and modern technologies such as Node.js, React, and MySQL, additionally integrating a chatbot to facilitate automated queries. The results obtained demonstrated a significant improvement in administrative management, a reduction in human error, and increased user satisfaction, achieving a satisfaction index of 90.06% according to the CSAT method. In conclusion, the application contributes to the digital transformation of the community, promoting participatory, modern, and sustainable management.
