    Diseño de la red de distribución principal de agua potable para la parroquia Pasa del cantón Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua-Ecuador

    The technical project is a contribution to the improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants of the parish of Pasa with the purpose of designing the main distribution network for water supply to the center of the community. It began collecting statistical data and that were provided by the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Rural Parish of Pasa where you can identify the number of beneficiary inhabitants that currently exist, their social and economic situation, after this, the ground was lifted using precision equipment, in this case, the Trimble total station. Already in office work, we proceeded to the most optimal layout of the network as well as the respective calculations where the diameters of the PVC pipes were determined, calculation of work volumes and already in the design of the network we will use the free software EPANET 2.0, which allows us to know the pressures, velocities and flow rates that circulate through each node and proposed pipeline, achieving a gravity system. All the aforementioned procedures are governed by the Ecuadorian Standardization Institute, in the chapter on Drinking Water Supply System and the Ecuadorian Construction Standard. Finally, an environmental impact analysis was carried out, as well as a plan to reduce its effect, its respective analysis of unit prices and a valued work schedule that will show the construction stages of the project over time.

    The present project wants to improve the life quality of the habitants of the sectors in Quitocucho and Segovia Alto, belonged to Bolivar and Huambaló parishes respectively, the road doesn´t count with technical layout, this affected with the climate, to produce notable destruction in the road, showing cracks and a visible diminution in the agricultural production, mostly in the winter stationary time. As a way we try to find a social solution, looking to establish the benefit population requirement, and then start with the technical study, which allows obtaining the accurate information of the terrain and the possible variants we will have to make to satisfy with the Geometric Design Policy for Roads by the Relief Works Ministry, either way, at the same time as the previous process a traffic study in the involve sector was realized, following the requirements in the Policy mentioned. The soil studies evolve to obtain altered samples in the terrain making pigeons in the dominant points of the project, which then will be analyzed and obtain their properties, we use the CBR essay (California Bearing Rates). It was fundamental for the Pavement design with the guide AASHTO_93. The design of the additional works has their fundamental statement in the Semi-Empiric Rational Method, and the 1999 Intense Rain Studies. By the way, try to find automation in the Geometric Design by the BIM trend. Finally, acquired a referential cost, feature it in the Unitary Cost Analysis, and the respective readjustment, as well as the environmental consideration and the road signs in agreement with the 2011 Road Signs Technical Policy.

    Diseño del sistema de alcantarillado y planta de tratamiento de los sectores La Clementina - Salate del cantón San Pedro de Pelileo de la provincia de Tungurahua, y la elaboración de un prototipo de un biofiltro de lechuguín como tratamiento secundario

    The present technical project is intended to provide an adequate sewerage and treatment plant design for the purpose of providing this service to the local population under study and thus improve the living conditions of its inhabitants. According to studies and research conducted sectors of the project does not have a sewage system, which is why most of its inhabitants are in the need to build septic tanks, to evacuate rights lavatories, washrooms and showers, this problem is increased by the presence of odors, unwanted animals. Reason for which it was proposed to carry out the design of the sewage system in the sectors of La Clementina - Salate del Cantón San Pedro Pelileo with the implementation of a wastewater treatment plant, and thus to purify any impurity and pollutant factor of the effluent towards the channel Patate River. Previously the topographical survey of the place and consecutive to the same using specialized software Auto Civil 3D the layout and orientation of the PVC network was defined and to check the hydraulic conditions H. Canales program was used. Subsequently, the prototype was modulated with a lechuguin biofilter to verify if this species of macrophyte in combination of filtering materials help to reduce the pollution generated in this sector. Finally, a reference budget, a valued work schedule was made, the plans of the sewerage network and treatment plant were elaborated. This proposal forms part of the contribution of the Municipal GAD of the Canton San Pedro of Pelileo, with this project will benefit the residents of the sectors of La Clementina - Salate, through this project will generate a budget line execution of the project.

    The technical has the purpose to provide of this service to the population of the study place in order to improve the people quality´s life Through the use of field research, it was possible to evaluate and determine the evacuation of the waste water from this place, the study determined that the majority of houses evacuate their wastewater to septic tanks, generating bad smells and contributing to the degeneration of their contour. It´s for that reason that I propose carry out the design of a sanitary sewerage from this place, using a PVC piping system, to improve the sanitary condition from Compañía Alta community , it will also be implemented a treatment plant in order to be able to discharge not very polluted waters towards the ravine of this sector In order to carry out the proposal and given the need to design the hydraulic system which contains the sewerage system and the treatment plant, a topographic design was realized from the place of study. Using the software civil 3d and through the respective topographic design, it could define the orientation of the piping for the network. To realize the hydraulic calculation it was necessary the use of HCANALES software, once finalized the design of the project I had to proceeded to the modulation of the prototype, in this case determine the moisture of reed to verify if the prototype helps to decrease the pollution generated. Finally, a reference budget, a valued work schedule, and the plans of the sewerage network and treatment plant were made and designed one by one.

    The purpose of this project is to include the communities of La Independencia and Jaime Roldós Aguilera, influencing the development and quality of life of these places, the proposed way will allow the development of agriculture and livestock, giving a decent road that allows the adequate Transport of products, as well as reactivate the mine that is in the site, which for the future will allow to economize in the transport of materials. Therefore, relevant studies, such as the annual average daily traffic (TPDA), are previously performed; Soil tests consisting of moisture content, grain size, compaction and CBR. Subsequently the horizontal, vertical and transversal design of the track is carried out, assisted by programs such as AASHTO 93 and the Civil CAD, which will provide data necessary for the project, as well as complementary works such as culverts, gutters and slopes. It is essential to indicate that the present work will be based primarily on the MOP 2003 standard, from which the basics are used, and AASHTO 93 for the study of the pavement layer, as well as in some regulations mentioned in the bibliography of the present. Finished with work volumes, project budget, unit prices, technical specifications and valued work schedule.

    El sistema de comunicación terrestre entre los barrios Santán Grande y Colatoa del cantón Latacunga, provincia de Cotopaxi y su influencia en la calidad de vida de los pobladores

    The goal, of which this project was developed to provide a better quality of life for residents of the neighborhoods Santan Grande and Colatoa, Latacunga city. Thus boosting economic and social development of these areas and populations will also benefit from the project. Today the road linking these neighborhoods is not in good condition. The opening has taken place without a previous design and surface course, except for certain sections where there ballasting, it is land. It is therefore necessary under the respective design, existing national rules (MTOP) and international (AASHTO). To start the project a field inspection was conducted to verify the nature and condition of the road, and the opinion of the residents. For this we proceeded with road inventory, quiz at the population and then surveying and sampling for soil analysis was performed. Studies the bearing capacity of the subgrade was obtained. With survey data we proceeded to the horizontal and vertical design and drainage design; data and soil the pavement structure was designed. Finally, a reference budget and the work schedule was drawn valued.
