Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Civil, 2022-07) Rodríguez Auquillas, William Alejandro; Portilla Yandún, Favio PaúlIn this experimental work, it was performed the coding and creation of a graphical interface of a software in Python, for concrete mixtures proportioning, applying the ACI method. The software allows you to quickly obtain dosages by entering physical properties data of cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and design generalities. Through laboratory tests were determined the physical properties of these materials such as: density, fineness modulus, granulometry, absorption capacity and moisture content. The software construction, it was made through the analysis of ACI 211.1 and ACI 318-11 standards, that specify the operations to follow for the concrete mixtures proportioning. Once the calculation methods were established, it was developed the software programming code and the creation of the graphical interface. In order to verify the correct execution of the software, the values obtained of the materials properties were entered in the program, and concrete proportions were generated for compression resistances of 180, 210 and 240 kilograms over square centimeters. With the materials proportions obtained in the program, 9 test samples were made for each design resistance, giving a total of 27 specimens that were tested at 7, 14 and 28 days. After determining compression resistances at 28 days, the following results were obtained: 187, 215.67 and 244.33 kilograms over square centimeters, by concluding that the amounts obtained of each proportioning from the program are truthful and this one can be used for concrete mixtures proportioning.
