For the development of the project, a preliminary study of the solar irradiation of the Rio Blanco area will be carried out, in order to determine which is the most efficient water heating system that adapts to the climatic conditions of the aforementioned sector. Two systems were installed, one of vacuum tubes and one parabolic cylinder, the measure of the water inlet temperature to the collectors was taken to be 5 ° C, then the hourly temperature of the exit temperature was measured. twelve days in both systems. The results of the temperatures obtained with an average irradiation of 2.88 are 40.98 ° C with the vacuum tube system, and 21.08 ° C with the parabolic cylinder system. Achieving an average energy quantity of 8.74 kW-h with the vacuum tube system and 2.42 kW-h with the parabolic cylinder system. It is concluded that the solar vacuum tube heater is the most acceptable for the climatic conditions of the sector, since the temperature needed to take a nice bath is around 30 to 36 ° C, therefore, if we have daily hot water at 40 ° C, with this system would be fulfilling the needs of hot water of this population.
