The present study focuses on the improvement of the resistance to the shear and bending stresses that appear in the beam. This was the idea of different types of beam crossings. The different types of transverse reinforcement of the beams are compared with a beam with typically reinforced transverse steels. The research is carried out by using the coarse and fine aggregates of the quarry "Villacrés" and in turn the "Holcim" cement. The results obtained from the beams with their different types of reinforcement are determined by the bending test. In turn, the results are compared in percent to identify the improvements that can appear in the beams before the cutting and flexing efforts with their different types of cross-sectional arcs.
