Item “La musicoterapia en el desarrollo psicomotriz de los niños de 4 años”(Universidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Carrera de Estimulación Temprana, 2020-02-01) Santana Bonilla, Karen Beatriz; Troya Ortiz, Elsa Verónica Lcda. Mg.In this research project entitled "MUSIC THERAPY IN THE PSYCHOMOTRIC DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN OF 4 YEARS", we will find important information on the use of music therapy and the benefits they have in the evolutionary development of children, since music It has been used since ancient times to prevent diseases and as a treatment for them in the case of people with Alzheimer's disease, children who have characteristics of the different syndromes and also in people with normal development since through music they Get a balance of body, soul and emotions. In early childhood the use of music therapy influences the psychomotor, sensorimotor, and intellectual and language development, since during the birth the first neuronal pruning occurs and the neurons adapt to the acquisition of new learning especially to adapt in the outside world, upon receiving the sound stimuli, children acquire learning and knowledge that will serve them in the future. During psychomotor development, early stimulation is important as it allows and helps the child to evolve in a better way the skills and abilities that correspond to the age of the evolutionary development that he presents, therefore if there is a delay in the acquisition of an item motor, a treatment plan must be created according to the needs of the child and be able to develop it until the acquisition of said item is achieved.Item “La estimulación sensorial en el desarrollo psicomotriz de los niños de 4 a 5 años”(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Estimulación Temprana, 2018-10-01) Cáceres Urrutia, Pamela Liliana; Troya Ortiz, Elsa VerónicaLic.Mg.The following research project has as its theme "Sensory stimulation in the psychomotor development of children from 4 to 5 years", for which there was a population of 25 children of which 9 children and 16 girls. In order to obtain the necessary information and to raise the baseline, the Scale of evaluation of psychomotor skills in pre-school was evaluated: Locomotion, balance, positions, coordination of legs, coordination of arms, hand coordination, body scheme in itself, outline body in others. Two evaluations were applied, a pre-test that allows to determine the condition of each of the beneficiary children to later design and apply a guide of sensory activities focused on psychomotor development. After this a pos test is done to make a comparison between the results of the evaluation finding favorable results and improving psychomotor skills in infants. It is concluded that it is necessary to apply an evaluation instrument to understand the potential of each of the children, as well as detect possible problems in the development and provide an appropriate treatment according to the needs of the infant; On the other hand, the application of sensory techniques to improve the psychomotor development of children is indispensable. Mg.The development of the research project is oriented to the Assessment of Psychomotor Development in children between four and five ages of Salasaca.
