Introduction: Fine motor skills are important in the development of boys and girls, they cover the coordination and precision of movements, it requires communication between the motor and premotor cortex, the basal ganglia, the cerebellum, corticospinal tracts and peripheral nerves that make it possible carrying out activities. The objective of this project is to determine the level of fine motor development in children aged 1 to 5 years, at the San Isidro Labrador School of Basic Education (Picaihua), to identify criteria that allow the development of the sensory box. Methodology: The research is descriptive, quantitative and prospective, the Denver II Test was applied to know the development level of the children, allowing the characterization of the population, the SPSS software (Statistical Package Social Sciences) is used for the statistical data collected. Results: 48.3% represent men and 51.7% women, in terms of fine motor development 27.6% normal, doubtful (58.6%) and abnormal (13.8%). In conclusion: By determining the level of fine motor development in children from 1 to 5 years of age, it was possible to establish and identify the criteria for the elaboration of the sensory box according to the needs and abilities of boys and girls.

Psic. Inf. Mg., Cristina Mariela
The conducted research identified the relationship between post-traumatic stress with social skills and resilience, as the main objective in operational firefighters; to help its fulfillment, three scales were implemented, Davison’s Trauma Scale, Gismero’s Social Skills Scale and Wangnild & Young’s Resilience Scale. A general populat ion of 168 operational firefighters, both men and women, was used; of which 124 firefighters were selected by exclusion criteria. Using SPSS statistic software, the existence of a relationship between post-traumatic stress with social skills was analyzed, a relationship between resilience and post-traumatic stress and each of these variables was related to working time. The results showed that there is a negative correlation between post-traumatic stress and resilience, this because if one changes to high values the other decreases them; that way resilience helps to face the stressful problems. On the other hand, there is also a negative relationship between posttraumatic stress and social skills, being this of help to overcome adversity, proving that social skills in firefighters have medium levels of sociability. Likewise, it was evidenced that there are relationships between the three variables with working time of the operational firefighters. The results were analyzed with several studies showing that there is a relationship between, both resilience and social skills, with posttraumatic stress.

(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Estimulación Temprana, 2019-09-01) Chachapoya Soria, Luisa Michelle; Pazmiño Tayo, Ana CristinaLic. Mg.
In the present research project we sought to verify if the Early Stimulation influences the fine motor development in children with disabilities from 3 to 5 years of age, the same that was performed in the Type B Health Center of Salcedo. We counted on a total of 5 children, 2 of them with Cerebral Infantile Paralysis and the rest with different pathologies such as: Congenital Multiple Arthrogryposis, Microcephaly and West Syndrome. In the results, we obtained that there was a minimum advance of skills, due to the fact that the treatment was not properly planned, since all the activities carried out were random and also the children did not attend the therapies regularly, even so, the stimulation Early if she was notable, since they acquired skills that they would not have reached, if they did not receive therapy. For the evaluation of the fine motor area the Battelle Development Inventory "The Screening Test" was used, which allows us to appreciate the level of development of the child with or without disabilities, valuing the fundamental abilities and skills in the development of children, among the birth to eight years. This research is within a qualitative-quantitative approach of Descriptive, Retrospective and Transverse Time. Which aims to propose an intervention plan for study subjects to achieve skills in the fine motor area and thanks to this they can obtain their autonomy and independence

(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Estimulación Temprana, 2018-10-01) Peralvo Fiallos, Geovanna Isabel; Betancourt Ulloa, Nancy del Carmen Ps. Cl.
The present investigation was developed in the city of Ambato, in the Province of Tungurahua with a population of 20 boys and girls between 3 and 4 years old belonging to Melita's Initial Education Center, whose general objective is to determine the result. of the application of the Behavioral Chain as a method for the development of autonomous skills in the population to be evaluated. As an assessment tool, an observation sheet was applied to infants, which was a baseline of autonomous skills, an instrument that assessed 6 autonomous personal care skills: going to the bathroom, getting dressed, undressing, washing hands, brushing teeth, wash your face. Given as a result the skills where the children had difficulty to fulfill them, once the baseline was obtained, the different methods of the behavioral chain were applied: complete presentation of tasks, backward chaining and forward chaining. It is concluded that the Behavioral Chain as a method for the development of autonomous skills worked in a meaningful way, resulting in an optimal percentage of autonomy in the children that the driver's driving was like this: in the activity of bathing with 37.5% with help and 62.5 alone, undressed: with help 33.3% and 66.7% alone, dressing: with help 42.9% and 57.1% alone, of the experimental population.
