    ESPIRITUALIDAD DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA ENFERMERA EN CUIDADOS PALIATIVOS

    Introduction: the application of palliative care at the end of life aims to provide comfort, quality, pain relief and a dignified death to patients, however, another important point to address is spirituality which seeks to provide peace and tranquility to the patient. soul. Objective: to analyze the knowledge and care about spirituality from the nursing perspective in palliative care. Methods: systematic review obtained by reviewing scientific articles and applying the PRISMA method. Results: selection and analysis of 17 scientific articles that meet the inclusion criteria. Discussion: This article supports the perspectives on spirituality that nursing staff have in palliative care, as well as their barriers and actions to be used in these situations. Conclusions: Spirituality represents a primary focus within palliative care and nursing staff must be prepared to meet the needs of patients and devise actions that allow them to remove the barriers that compromise their correct action.

    “Religiosidad y capacidad de resiliencia en jóvenes asistentes al campamento Bautista de Chacauco”

    The objective of this study was to describe the relationship between the level of religiosity and resilience in young people attending to Chacauco Baptist Camp. We used a non-experimental design with explanatory scope and cross-sectional study. Population were 150 young people of both sexes, between the ages of 18 to 25 years. They were evaluated using the Scale to measure religiosity and resilience scale of Wagnild and Young. The results were that the religiosity influence significantly in the resilience (0.050<=0.05). It indicates a directly proportional relationship between the variables.

    The fear of death is generated from a basic emotion, as is the fear of an inevitable death is, for many people this fear becomes a director thought of his life, which leads to taking refuge in camps as spirituality is to lower the level of anxiety that this thought causes. Given that spirituality are the values that life is governed and behavior of each of the individuals, besides establishing their belief in a higher being jointly being controller internal influences and external help redirect their way of life by making positive interaction with their surroundings. This is the case of members of Alcoholics Anonymous Group, who base their recovery on their level of spirituality and will that gives them a Higher Being.
