The present investigation was carried out to analyze the incidence of musculoskeletal pathologies in the public and private health units of the canton Saquisilí in the period of January 2015 June 2016 the research topic helped us to identify which are the most frequent pathologies that the Population of the canton Saquisilí since the research was carried out in each health center obtaining the necessary data to tabulate the information and thus to realize the pathology with greater and lesser relevance being the pathology with higher incidence lumbago not specified with 10% And the pathology of lesser incidence of seropositive rheumatoid arthritis without another explanation with 1% through this research with the data collected will be able to develop plans of treatment, promotion and prevention, since in the last years the musculoskeletal pathologies are the main cause of physical incapacity
