    he present project seeks to establish whether the ignorance of prenatal care with an intercultural approach affects the pregnancy of the women of the study group, to carry out the research the general objective is elaborated; To design an intercultural prenatal intervention protocol for the club of pregnant mothers of the Type B Health Center of Pueblo Salasaka, working on three specific objectives that are; Analyze prenatal care protocols from the intercultural perspective in the same way Evaluate the level of knowledge of prenatal development as well as Design an intercultural prenatal intervention protocol for the club of pregnant mothers of the Salasaka Type B Health Center, the protocol at an educational level will include Theoretical and practical activities in six sessions, to fulfill the objective, a bibliographic review is used in search of official documents of the Ministry of Health that incorporate the control of pregnancy taking into account the customs and culture of pregnant women, the methodology used is quantitative prospective analytical, quasi-experimental or intervention based on statistical analyzes that evaluate the development of variables without altering the environmental conditions of pregnant women, the intervention protocol uses theoretical and practical activities. On the other hand, the results allowed to corroborate the viability of the evaluation instruments. The main conclusion establishes that the level of ignorance of the prenatal development of the pregnant mothers of Centro de Salud Salasaka 2020 is very high in basic aspects such as the number of controls, healthy eating, vitamin intake, knowledge necessary to ensure the health of the mother and the fetus, so that they can reach the delivery in optimal conditions.
