F.Hypertension is the most common health conditions of adult individuals in populations worldwide. Represents in itself a disease and an important risk factor for other chronic noncommunicable diseases that cause vascular damage, left ventricular hypertrophy, myocardial infarction, heart failure, diabetes mellitus, cerebrovascular disease, chronic kidney disease and overweight-obesity, with which shares a common pathophysiological state, expressed in functional and morphological changes that lead to a common purpose are cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases that currently represent the leading causes of death worldwide The present study aimed to determine the chemistry and hematology values hypertensive patients Chaupiloma community of Canton Pillaro Tungurahua Province and thereby observe the reality of each of the patients attending the health sub-center of this community . Surveys were applied to the collection of information, whereby it was possible to know the age of patients ranging from 42 to 88 years, of which the disease occurs in 50% of patients, most they have a BMI within the normal range, 70% of patients have a family history and 40% of patients receiving medical treatment. For analysis of the samples used for obtaining automated equipment of chemistry and hematology parameters of each of the patients. Statistical methods was used for the analysis of the results. Data collected to 80% of patients evaluated have glucose, urea, creatinine, uric acid altered, 70% of patients have normal reference values and LDL cholesterol, 60% of patients have normal triglycerides and 20% of patients have normal hemoglobin and hematocrit, 100% of patients have reference values within the normal limits of electrolytes. The purpose of this investigation was to avoid health complications of patients who come to the health sub-center Chaupiloma. Which is necessary for changes in your lifestyle decreasing risk factors associated with this pathology. Get the right treatment at the right time to prevent progression to disease associated.
