The objective of the present investigation was to determine the incidence and pathological processes caused by NCB, which has a great impact on the general health of the patient, causing pain, functional limitation and therefore a high economic burden due to work incapacity. According to the study method, it is observational, transversal, qualitative and quantitative through the collection of data and statistical analysis. It was carried out in the period March- May 2019 in the Centro de Salud Tipo C de Quero through a physiotherapeutic evaluation and a clinical history that included provocative manual tests and the DASH and NDI questionnaires to identify the index of disability caused for the pain; since decision-making for effective treatment depends on a correct evaluation. The research line is Epidemiology and Public Health. Finally, the study concludes with a high incidence of NCB, causing pain, weakness, paresthesias and limitation in joint ranges, especially in patients with agriculture and livestock work.
