Item Trastorno Mixto Ansioso Depresivo en el Hospital IESS Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud-Carrera Psicología Clínica, 2016-06-01) Calderón Real, Jacqueline Andrea; Morales Lozada, Gladys PiedadDra.This case refers to a female patient 56 years old, married, mother of two, designer footwear, history of migraine attacks since he was 16 years old, anxiety symptoms depressed by a history of apparent sexual abuse without penetration since childhood and trigger for the intensification of symptoms, the death of his mother. Panic Attacks occur most often at personal difficulties, marriage and family level; causing low resilience constant relapses. Feelings of guilt related to unresolved conflicts in childhood, thanatic ideation by the underlying problem, low frustration tolerance, tearfulness, emotional lability, anhedonia, among others. Currently he receives psychological and psychopharmacological treatment in Ambato IESS Hospital and in the Guadalupe Clinic every 15 days in Quito.
