Msc.Although the discrepancy of lower limbs is very common in people who have several problems at the time of evaluation, treatment and prognosis. The objective of this study was to compare the DLMI between the physiotherapeutic criteria and the radiological criteria. A patient is taken from the physical therapy laboratory with the diagnosis of DLMI that presents discomfort in the hip area, which will then proceed to review his radiological medical history, consequently this will proceed with the physiotherapeutic assessment following the examination protocol physical adding functional manual tests that allow finding the true cause of the patient's discomfort. It was found that the Parick Faber test that indicates a coxofemoral dysfunction, Gillet test that presents a restriction of movement in the iliac sacral joints, Thomas test that indicates a shortening of the iliac psoas muscle, Bonnet test that indicates a shortening of the pyramidal muscle and Adam test which seeks a difference between a functional scoliosis of a structure, they are positive on the other hand the medical-radiological evaluation has a poor diagnosis because it does not meet the necessary parameters for an objective diagnosis. In conclusion, it was determined that there is a functional DLMI and the true cause of the discomfort of the user, were derived from a musculoskeletal imbalance and for an objective assessment it is necessary to complement the manual assessment with a panoramic radiography that can have a more detailed view of the lower train.
