    Comportamiento social y desempeño académico

    The present research, entitled “social behavior and academic performance”, aimed to analyze the influence of social behavior and academic performance that exists in the 10th year of EGB students of the Juan León Mera “La Salle” Educational Unit, we worked with a population of 150 students of the institution. To achieve this objective, an exhaustive search was carried out in various bibliographic sources in order to provide answers to the questions posed. As for the methodology, a mixed approach was used, which facilitated data collection, the modality of bibliographic and field research was used, with a descriptive, explanatory and correlational scope, which allowed analyzing how social behavior influences the academic performance of the population. For data collection, the A. Goldstein Social Skills Scale and the Comprehensive Evaluation of School Performance Questionnaire were applied in person. A total of 140 students belonging to the 10th year of Basic General Education participated, being a significant sample for the research. The statistical análisis was carried out using Kendall's Tau-b correlational coefficient, in order to corroborate the findings. Therefore, te validityof the same alternative proposed in the study is confirmed, suggesting that social behavior does have an impact students' academic performance.

    Educación virtual y el comportamiento social en estudiantes de Nivelación y Primer semestre de la carrera de Psicopedagogía de la Universidad

    El presente trabajo investigativo con el tema “Educación virtual y el comportamiento social en estudiantes de Nivelación y Primer semestre de la carrera de Psicopedagogía de la Universidad” tiene como objetivo determinar la incidencia de la educación virtual en el comportamiento social en los estudiantes, este trabajo de investigación utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo con una investigación de tipo exploratoria, descriptiva y correlacional donde se pudo identificar la relación entre las variables establecidas en la presente investigación. Tomando en cuenta, la modalidad bibliográfica/ documental que la sustentó. Dentro de la técnica de la recolección de información se utilizó la encuesta que abarcó un Cuestionario semi estructurado de Educación y el Cuestionario de Habilidades Sociales de Goldstein que nos permite identificar el grado de desarrollo de la competencia social a una población de 67 estudiantes. En el presente trabajo se logró comprobar la hipótesis alternativa mediante la correlación de Spearman rechazando así la hipótesis nula, pudiendo así llegar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones con los resultados obtenidos

    The present investigation work makes a study “The respect and its influence in the social behavior inside of the classroom in the children of Sixth and Seventh year of Basic General Education of the Unidad Educativa Huachi Grande in the city of Ambato, province Tungurahua.” Detected the problem, the objectives that guide the investigation have settled down and later on with the field investigation you proceeds to the Theoretical framework construction to be able to base each one of the variables and the hypothesis that says: “As it influences respect in the social behavior inside the classroom, in the children of Sixth and Seventh year of Basic General Education of the Unidad Educativa Huachi Grande, leaning on in the compiled information of books, magazines and internet. Once implanted the methodology of the investigation the necessary instruments were executed for the prosecution of the information that is good for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the investigated variables, it stops later on to arrive to the statistical analysis of the obtained data, and to establish the summations and recommendations. In function of the realized investigation it will think about a proposal with the topic: “It guides didactics of activities to strengthen the respect and to improve the social behavior of the children and girls of Sixth and Seventh Year of Basic General Education of the Unidad Educativa Huachi Grande, in the city of Ambato, province Tungurahua.”

    “EL AUTOCONCEPTO Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL COMPORTAMIENTO SOCIAL DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE LOS DÉCIMOS AÑOS DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA “JUAN FRANCISCO MONTALVO” DEL CANTÓN AMBATO PROVINCIA DE TUNGURAHUA”.

    El proyecto investigativo se desarrolla en la Unidad Educativa ―Juan Francisco Montalvo‖ del cantón Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua, la principal finalidad de esta investigación es establecer la incidencia del autoconcepto en el comportamiento social de los estudiantes de los décimos años, sabiendo identificar los factores que inciden en el mismo y determinando los comportamientos sociales que manifiestan los estudiantes dentro de las aulas al momento de relacionarse entre unos y otros; se busca encontrar una alternativa de solución en pro de la temática para lo que se procede a realizar entrevistas, encuestas y en xvii base a los resultados reales tomar decisiones. Se lleva a cabo un programa de mejoramiento del autoconcepto para con esto poder lograr un comportamiento social más asertivo dentro de las aulas, por lo que se procede a trabajar con los elementos indispensables y los factores influyentes en la vida de los estudiantes.
