    The present research work proposes to analyze the influence of artificial intelligence in the teaching process of the subject of Natural Sciences with students of the Basic Education Career of the Technical University of Ambato, which remains in a line of social behavior research. and educational, for which we worked with a pre-experimental design, maintaining a qualitativequantitative (mixed) approach, at a descriptive level, with the field modality. This research was applied to a population of 38 students of the Basic Education Program at the Technical University of Ambato. The results show that there is a favorable change in academic performance when integrating Artificial Intelligence tools in the teaching process of Natural Sciences, whose subject, by having a certain degree of didactic transposition, turns out to be a support for teachers and, in turn, a way to innovate educational quality. It was concluded that technology-based tools must be integrated from the teacher training process as pedagogical support in the different types of content, with the aim of addressing today's new educational demands and the individual needs of students
