    This work was born out of the need to support the implementation of the Plan of improvements of the institution, i.e., to verify if the evaluation of learning positively affects school performance, the students of 2nd year of primary school. After application of surveys based on questionnaires, you can determine that teachers, lack of knowledge of the evaluation of learning because of an application and monotonous ignorance of techniques and assessment tools and the same or lack of preparation of teachers, due to conformism, etc. Focusing in this way in the school performance of the students. This allows us to determine that in all educational process it is essential to apply the proper evaluation of learning since failure to do so will affect negatively in the school performance of students demonstrating in the little interest to improve, both on the part of teachers and students, to determine a school, lost failure of the year what is worse in established school dropout. Note that the topic of this research, offers a vision of systemic reform of education which, supplemented by the implementation of the proposal, monitoring and verification of teachers, promises great hopes of substantial improvements in school performance of the students and the quality of teaching of the institution.
