In order to respond to the proposed objectives, an exhaustive research was carried out in various bibliographic sources. As for the methodology, a mixed approach was used that includes descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational elements. In addition, the Sternberg thinking styles test was applied, which contains elements related to thinking styles, and the CHASIDE test, which contains dimensions related to vocational interests. In total, 137 students of the third year of parallel high school participated: "A", "B", "C", "D", and "E". To compare the results, the Kruskal Wallis statistical test was used to validate the alternative hypothesis. As a result, it was shown that thinking styles do have an impact on the. vocational interest.
