César OswaldoThis present investigation work has a psico social character, psicological character, because we are going to study the mental and social development of a student, also because we are going to study their way of being and acting in the society along with the social phenomenon that this brings, and considering this we can find when the students have a lack of social and inter class abilities it causes a series of conflicts inside the educational process, specifically in the bachelor students from the “Particular Baptist Educational Unity School” , after analyzing and interpreting the surveys, the results tell us that there is difficulty in the management of the social and inter class abilities; for example the short capacity in facing the anger, also difficulties in the development of the empathy, and the difficulties of knowing how to respond in a right way to an school or a daily life failure, being transcendental and very important to create a teaching guide for the management of the social and inter class abilities that will help to obtain good interpersonal relationships, not only inside the classrooms but also will help as a support to work in the daily life, in this way we will be able to contribute to improve the educational process and the coexistence will be more harmonious and dynamic to a significant and rich learning, where the teachers also will be the important key to spread in them this new knowledge and the way to relate in a classroom will be pleasant between teacher and students, in this way, during the development of this investigation process, we pretend to reach the reader in a critic and reflexive way, to invite them to analyze how important is to obtain this abilities and that their development will be more effective if in early years, schools will be teach and practice them.
