    The Quality of Service (QoS) allows to control the traffic and guarantee the performance of the applications that require the use of the Internet to ensure an excellent service to the users, this is done through different parameters that allow monitoring and based on the data received. , improve the service, for this the "Node for management and monitoring of service quality of the company AJnet in the Latacunga city" has been implemented. The application was implemented from previous tools supported by the company's teams. To define the compatibility and design of the application, the current situation of the AJnet company and the equipment it owns were first analyzed, considering the study, a server was implemented, and routing was carried out with the Mikrotik routers that the company has. At the same time, information was collected on the Quality of Service that is available to customers through surveys, this to find the parameters that can be improved and that are measurable in the development of the application. In the project, a web application was implemented that is hosted on an Ubuntu Server, in which different network monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Ntop and MikroTik Graphing are integrated. The web application has an alert system that sends messages through Telegram from the start of the problem and when there is a solution. It also has a database for recording information and communication with the main platform. Finally, functional and error correction tests were developed in the system.
