This paper aims to investigate how the staff working in the Social Action Center Matilde Hidalgo Loja Provincial Government, uses his spare time, with the aim of implementing policies and projects to us through technically demonstrate this problem, sensitize men and women as a strategy for achieving equity. We start to contextualize the problem in the context of gender inequities, analyzing the historical struggle of feminist movements, especially in the context of equality feminism and contemporary feminism, we take as a basis the sexual division of labor, which arises when women decide massively entering the labor public world, without implying a redistribution of household chores.
