Item “Calidad de vida y riesgo suicida en los agentes de seguridad penitenciaria”(Universidad Técnica de Ambato - Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud - Carrera de Psicología Clínica, 2017-05-01) Ponce Sánchez, Yadira Estefanía; Abril Lucero, Gabriela Lorena Ps. Mg.The purpose of this investigation is to expose the relationship between suicidal risks and the quality of living amongst the security guards within the reformatory institution “Centro de Rehabilitación Social Regional Sierra Centro Norte de Latacunga”. The sample taken for this investigation was of 156 security guards of wich only 62 subjects with the criteria needed were used, 31 women, 31 men. The first test was the “Questionnaire of Quality of Life: Satisfaction and Pleasure (Q-LES-Q)” wich acknowladges 8 aspects of the sample´s daily lifes such as physical health, mood, job, home activities, homework or classwork, free time, social relationships and general activities: the “Plutchik Suicide Risk Scale” wich is used to measure the suicidal risks in light, moderate and high. Through the study the quality of life was affected by mood, presence of physical illnes, lack of motivation and free time for social engagement as well as time to carry out recreational activities and leisure. Additionally symptoms of sleep deprivation, mood changes including thoughs of suicide and in severe cases attempts of suicide.Item La Funcionalidad Familiar y el Riesgo de Violencia Intrafamiliar en Adultos de 20 a 60 Años que Acuden a La Fiscalía de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato-Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud-Carrera Psicología Clínica, 2016-06-01) Montero Flores, Cynthia Estefanía; Abril Lucero, Gabriela Lorena Ps. Mg.This research aims to determine the influence of family functioning and the risk of domestic violence in 150 users from 20 to 60 years old who attended the Care Unit in comprehensive impact assessment of the prosecution of Tungurahua in the city of Ambato in the months of May-October 2015 who were individually I value through a semi-structured interview and by applying psychological reagents such as Family Questionnaire Sheet Functionality and vulnerability risk victims of domestic violence. Later the prevalence of domestic violence was calculated by collecting, coding, and data processing was concluded that family functioning does not influence the risk of domestic violence as functional families had a low risk of violence. It was further demonstrated that dysfunctional and severely dysfunctional families at high risk of violence. Cl. Mg.This research project mainly aims to determine what is the relationship between family functioning and the practice of cutting in adolescents Mario Cobo Barona Education Unit. The research design was documentary. The role model of the research project will be an exploratory and explanatory level, attempting to obtain an association of variables, allowing an assessment of variations, correlation analysis and measurement of relationships between variables in the same subjects in a given context. Cl. Mg.The present investigation seeks to determine if the child abuse influences the levels of resilience, the study was conducted in the Don Bosco Foundation, with children ranging in age from 7-12 years. He conceptualized over a psychological approach to child abuse, the existence of abuse is identified and through the Likert scale, the frequency of which children are victims of the study group. Moreover, the levels of resilience, and personal resilience factors is determined. The population is 40 children. The orientation of the work performed qualitative and quantitative, using field research and bibliographic-documentary, with a level of association of variables and statistically test chi-square test is used by the software "SPSS" in which proves that there is no direct relationship between child abuse and levels of resilience. However, considering the high rate of abuse is recommended to work on increasing the resilience of children, as being aware that improve the environment of the child is a complex issue, it is necessary to strengthen personal resilience factors.
