    This research has been raised aimed at identifying stress levels that influences sociability staff in charge of the Blood Bank of the Ecuadorian Red Cross headquarters Ambato , with a population of 50 people working in that area , and the use of appropriate for each variable as are the test of EAE- G ( General Scale Stress Assessment ) which measures stressful situations psychometric instruments , the incidence and intensity with which affect an individual's life , and sociability on the grounds that it is one of the characteristics of the personality test is selected 16 PF taking into account the factor aimed at measuring sociability. The environment around the person plays an important role for the variables raised since according to the different situations that staff faces, you can manage an environment with healthy individuals.
