    The present research aims to present the design of a mobile application which disseminates academic activities and events of the Technical University of Ambato, and thus benefits students and the institution through notifications of tasks or events. The present project was carried out through qualitative and quantitative methodology, which was conducted interviews and surveys to define parameters for the design of the app, since it is a new and easy to navigate medium, it was also evidenced that the user is difficult to time to search for information on the university's digital platforms. At the end of the surveys, it was confirmed that the project is viable, to help different platforms to disseminate information about the institution.

    El diseño de producto digital como una herramienta de apoyo para mejorar la comunicación de las personas con discapacidad auditiva

    The Hearing Disability is a very wide topic, which covers different types of hearing loss, some use hearing aids, others use the Ecuadorian sign language and the combination between them; most of that public presents problems when communicating with a hearing person alone. In this integrating project we seek to implement an adaptation within their daily routines of deaf people and/or people with hearing loss when it comes to communication. The research applied different methodologies for data collection, adapted the questions to the Ecuadorian sign language with the help of different sign interpreters for deaf people, achieving a real information, which will contribute to the implementation of the proposal. The proposal is a mobile application called "Dilo", which is a communication tool for the hearing impaired, contains different adapted options that connect the user, ease of navigation, the display of pictograms and the user experience, with the aim of achieving communication between the hearing impaired and the hearing person, without the need for additional assistance.
