Item Importancia del diseño gráfico publicitario en el posicionamiento de las PYMES de Tungurahua(2023) Sánchez Zapata, Jhonny Edison; Jordán Yanchatuña, Diego IsmaelCon la llegada del COVI-19 y la crisis económica derivada de esta, las PYMES se vieron en la obligación de tomar medidas al respecto con el fin de salvaguardar su sostenibilidad. Una de esas medidas fue el buscar la venta y promoción de sus productos mediante canales digitales, lo que desarrollo un crecimiento rápido de la tecnología en el mundo. Sin embargo, no todas las empresas pudieron o utilizaron este tipo de estrategias, especialmente las empresas de países en vías de desarrollo como el Ecuador. Por lo que el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo el determinar la importancia del diseño gráfico en el posicionamiento de las PYMES ubicadas en la provincia de Tungurahua-Ecuador. Mediante el uso de una metodología inductiva y deductiva, a más de un enfoque mixto o mejor dicho cualitativo y cuantitativo, para la recolección de información se utilizó el método bibliográfico y de campo en donde se aplicó una ficha de observación y la entrevista a los gerentes de las 6 empresas textiles que conformaron la muestra de estudio, además se tomó al azar a 6 empleados de las empresas con el fin de aplicarles una encuesta. Los principales resultados obtenidos fueron que gran parte de las empresas estudiadas no le dan una importancia significativa al uso del diseño gráfico ya que lo consideran nada rentable sin embargo las empresas que si han usado continuamente este tipo de estrategias presentaron índices de reconocimiento de la marca superiores a la competencia. All this so that the public or mainly the companies are informed about: the importance of communication through a designer and finally a commercial business value can be created. The present work of investigation arises from the search of the labor competitions, with which a graphic designer counts when developing the projects within a company; applying all their skills so that in this way all the projects have validity and communicate effectively. Because the study carried out does not require the design of a final prototype, it is contributed to the research through the development of a proposal that includes an animated audiovisual production. The final product of the research is developed under technical and theoretical concepts of design, these necessary to elaborate the animated audiovisual production. The graphic audiovisual material will be posted on the internet for its reproduction on social networks most used by users, taking into consideration that we are in a globalized world. In addition, in the XXI century, the best use of ICT for short and long distance communication with the beneficiaries of this study is obtained. The importance of this research is remarkable because it will constitute a significant contribution to the development of projects, both educational and business. The present project called “Sistemas comunicacionales en el desarrollo de interfaces web para las Pymes de Tungurahua”, Is part of the research seed project approved and financed by the Dirección de Investigación de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato (UTA) with the name “La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial y la imagen corporativa en las Pymes de Tungurahua”. The seed project considers that with the new trend of the philosophy of Corporate Social Responsibility (R.S.E.) companies can have a better image of presentation to society. This research shows the current state of the Pymes de Tungurahua, where it is also demonstrated the importance of generating a Sistema de Información de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (SIRSE) that helps to automatically manage the corresponding information. At present, companies are not adequately processed or disseminated, because there is no adequate Web System to cover their needs when managing the information mentioned above. The proposal put forward in this project has been carefully designed with the appropriate characteristics to try to communicate effectively through the system, taking advantage of factors such as Pymes are now involved in technology and use the web as the main means of communication. The SIRSE interacts with the users allowing them to enter information in an orderly and precise way, the Web Interfaces designed are made up of two grids, which allows to distribute in an orderly way the elements that were considered important for the system, besides allowing the user to generate easily The final report as many times as it deems necessary. Generating in this way a tool for information processing and dissemination of information.
