Carrera de Diseño Gráfico Publicitario., 2019-02) Chasi Laica, Fausto Xavier; Cabrera Yaguana, Diego RenéThe sedentary lifestyle is a social problem that has been increasing for several years, which is the syndrome of physical inactivity by avoiding sports or exercise, resulting in the increase of heart and cardiovascular diseases, which attack society and increase the mortality rate every year, thus becoming one of the leading causes of death, While performing sports is one of the most tedious activities we can have, it is also one of the most beneficial, because it increases our defenses and helps us feel better about ourselves; from there arises the need to create awareness in the office and promote habits related to the exercise. To this end, different research tools have been applied, with which the main causes of physical inactivity have been obtained, as well as certain habits that together would harm the health of people in the long term. The proposal that was raised was the implementation of a communication plan aimed at office workers, with the aim of changing their daily habits, especially those related to physical activity, for which phases were implemented to create an effective persuasion that achieves to the emotional side, using mostly rhetorical figures that impact the consumer's mind.
