The present project was carried out through qualitative and quantitative methodology, which was conducted interviews and surveys to define parameters for the design of the app, since it is a new and easy to navigate medium, it was also evidenced that the user is difficult to time to search for information on the university's digital platforms. In this integrating project we seek to implement an adaptation within their daily routines of deaf people and/or people with hearing loss when it comes to communication. The research applied different methodologies for data collection, adapted the questions to the Ecuadorian sign language with the help of different sign interpreters for deaf people, achieving a real information, which will contribute to the implementation of the proposal. The proposal is a mobile application called "Dilo", which is a communication tool for the hearing impaired, contains different adapted options that connect the user, ease of navigation, the display of pictograms and the user experience, with the aim of achieving communication between the hearing impaired and the hearing person, without the need for additional assistance.Item El diseño multimedia como herramienta alternativa para la orientación ecoturística dentro del Zoológico del cantón Baños(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. The difficulty of moving within the San Martín Zoo of the Baños de Agua Santa Canton, creates the need to implement or modernize the resources that serve to properly guide visitors to this site. This need leads us to an investigation that demonstrates that graphic design can serve as a tool through its different areas such as multimedia design and large-scale contribution to the improvement of obsolete resources, reaching to show a proposal of interfaces for an application Mobile and Touch Screens, which will help and facilitate the mobilization of the tourist in the facilities of the zoo. To arrive at this result, interviews and surveys were applied to both zoo authorities and national and foreign tourists, in order to maintain real data in this research and carry out analyzes, conclusions and recommendations that will help resolve the problems encountered. The objective of this research is to demonstrate the importance of multimedia design as an alternative tool in guiding and ecotourist orientation for tourists within the "San Martín" zoo in the Baños de Agua Santa canton, analyzing which parameters are the most appropriate to adapt them to a strategy that helps the adequate and satisfactory displacement. For this, strategies and audiovisual trends will be used with the main objective of promoting in a dynamic and creative way the touristical attractions that it has and that the whole country must know. We will be aware of the effectiveness of audiovisuals and their contribution to the strengthening of the tourism sector. Based on this study, we will generate innovative strategies, making use of a bibliographic and exploratory research methodology, knowing in the first instance the strategies used by other cities and countries that opted for these alternatives of promotion, allowing in this way to have referents and cases of success in the area to investigate. On the other hand the problem to be solved in the city in this case is the lack of audiovisual strategies for the promotion and diffusion of its attractions. To get this objective, it is proposed to develop a strategic plan for tourism communication around the city, which details each of the tactics and actions to be taken, to strengthen tourism in the city, thanks to the contribution of research, surveys and Interviews with the target audience, which established a series of actions such as the use of 360 ° videos, augmented reality and interactive videos, for this case the tactics raised allow the user to interact directly with each one of them, thus achieving generate experiences and awaken the desire and interest to know these tourist sites. The need to research born from the central problem of the limited information about the historical- cultural identity of the city, the existing reference material are in book nowadays is soporific the reading habit in some people because they have been adapted to the technology world, where the audiovisuals are the most assertive option to acquire knowledge, results obtained from studies conducted by the Rafael Landívar University. In order to get the relevant information that can show up the solution in the project apply several researching techniques and tools to recollect information by the experts in different areas as audiovisual, psychology, cultural promote and anthropology. The word Bullying comes from the English terminology "bully" which means to intimidate, harass, harass; Therefore, bullying should not be considered as a style of play or a joke between peers, it must be considered as a form of violence, which should not be justified by the fact that children are the ones who do it. Neurodesign was applied as a tool that focuses on provoking stimuli, emotions and feelings in our target audience about the effects and consequences that this problem entails, through the development of an awareness campaign under the slogan “That the nightmare of Bullying does not come true”, it contains products such as: audiovisuals, posts and posters for social networks and podcast. Es una parroquia que se caracteriza por tener un clima templado, pero sobre todo es una zona rica en patrimonio cultural y natural, personas trabajadoras, conservadoras y protectoras con sus tradiciones y creencias. Además, que es un lugar que cuenta con variedad de lugares turísticos ecológicos y comunitarios. En el presente proyecto, mediante una investigación de campo hacia la parroquia Pasa se busca investigar sobre las posibles causas de porque ya no había mucha circulación turística y existe una baja económica se concluyó que la parroquia mediante sus productos y sitios turísticos tiene mucho que ofrecer a la sociedad, los problemas principales es que tiene una independencia turística al pertenecer a una contraparte más reconocida, debido que la parroquia pertenece al cantón Ambato y por ende los lugares aledaños no sean tomados en cuenta para la divulgación de destinos turístico ecológicos y comunitarios.
