    At present there is a great diversity of applications that have been developed with new technologies, in such a way that they allow the combination of web and native applications, the same ones that adapt to any type of mobile device or computer. In the research project, the Single Page Application was developed for the recruitment and selection of personnel in the Empresa Eléctrica Ambato Regional Centro Norte S.A. in the same way the process that was carried out for the fulfillment of the objectives is described; The requirements were also determined through the application of data collection instruments that were tabulated for analysis. This application is developed based on the manual of Programming Standards, Software Development Policies and according to the standards of the good development practices of the company, and through the study of the development methodologies an Agile such as XP was applied. For the development of the single page application (SPA) the Angular framework was used because it has its own libraries and allows the installation of external libraries such as Bootstrap, jQuery among others, to improve the design and making the application responsive, the services have been developed on the Eclipse platform and are of RESTful API type and with the connection to the Oracle WebLogic Server 12c application server responsible for making requests to the Oracle19c database

    The management of product delivery service through transportation and logistics often presents problems that generate delays, involving damage in the areas of costs, time and resource optimization, since there is a manual process in which human errors are involved, which is why this research work entitled "Geolocation Mobile Application integrated with Silver ERP for vendor management and calculation of optimal routes in the delivery of orders to customers in the company AMNufarvet. "The application is developed using the software tool for Android devices with Oracle 10g database and Forms Reports for Silver ERP, which aims to reduce the time of arrival of the vendors with respect to the different points of the visit to customers working under standards that mentions the Kanban methodology. The application has been developed with implementations such as API's and web service, to achieve the overall objective of this research that is related to the geolocation process, providing all the facilities for a comprehensive mobilization in the shortest possible time with a route planning. This mobile application will be specifically used by the company's salespeople for visits previously scheduled from Silver ERP, the locations and routes are displayed in real time using Google Maps, generating in the company AMNufarvet lean management strategies in the optimization of logistics processes and reduction of operating costs with customer centric strategies updated in improving the customer visit experience.

    El informe de pasantía esta resumido en Ocho capítulos los cuales son los siguientes: CAPITULO I: PLANTEAMIENTO DEL PROBLEMA.- Que es en realidad, plantear afinar y estructurar más formalmente la idea de investigación, también se encuentra una breve definición de conceptos de términos mas utilizados en el desarrollo de este proyecto. CAPITULO II: MARCO TEORICO.- Es el grupo central de conceptos y teorías que uno utiliza para formular y desarrollar un argumento (o tesis). Esto se refiere a las ideas básicas que forman la base para los argumentos, mientras que la revisión de literatura se refiere a los artículos, estudios y libros específicos que uno usa dentro de la estructura predefinida. CAPITULO III: METODOLOGÍA: Se refiere a los métodos y técnicas de investigación que se ha utilizado en el Sistema de Control Médico y Odontológico de Consejo Provincial de Tungurahua. CAPITULO IV: ANALISIS E INTERPRETACIÓN DE RESULTADOS: Esto se refiere a los resultados y beneficios que se ha obtenido el Sistema de Control Médico y Odontológico de Consejo Provincial de Tungurahua. CAPITULO V: CONCLUSIONES Y RECOMENDACIONES: Nos Resume, los resultados del análisis efectuado por el autor en torno al tema, derivado del tratamiento de los datos y de las interrogantes planteadas. CAPITULO VI: PROPUESTA: Se refiere al resultado final que se ha obtenido en el sistema así como es el manual de usuario y el manual técnico los mismos que servirán de guía para las personas que manipulen el sistema.

En el Capítulo I se tratan aspectos generales sobre el tema planteado, en el Capítulo II se tocan aspectos de los Sistemas de Base de Datos Distribuido, en el Capítulo III se tiene información sobre el Manejo de una Base de Datos Distribuida, en el Capítulo IV se tiene conceptos de Transacciones Distribuidas y su manejo, en el Capítulo V se tiene información de la Replicación de datos en Oracle, en el Capítulo VI se tiene información del Diseño e Implementación de un Prototipo de Base de Datos Distribuida con su Replicación, en el Capítulo VII se emiten conclusiones y recomendaciones. Luego se tiene un glosario de términos y anexos.
