    Currently, warehouses have integrated advanced software tools to manage sales and inventory control of products. This adoption has significantly improved customer service, reduced operating costs, and increased efficiency in stock management and control. Effective control within warehouses is essential for maintaining industry leadership, enabling informed and strategic decisions that foster the growth and competitiveness of the organization. The purpose of this project is to develop a Progressive Web Application (PWA) using the Blazor framework for inventory control and product sales in the "Mundial de Lujos" warehouse in the city of Ambato. This initiative addresses the current deficiencies in identifying and managing inventory control and sales processes. The implementation of the PWA will not only optimize these identification processes but also enhance the efficiency of required processes, allowing for better management of warehouse operations. The development of the PWA will employ the Blazor framework, using C# as the programming language. This approach ensures the effective development of the project's functionalities. Additionally, SQL Server will be utilized as the database and Windows Server for the application's hosting and management. The applied methodology will be XP, providing adequate control over the activities developed in the proposal. For information gathering, a field investigation was conducted, including interviews and surveys directed towards the staff and customers of the "Mundial de Lujos" warehouse.

    The purpose of the Research project is to develop a Strategic Plan for Information and Communication T echnologies applying the PETI (Strategic Planning for Information Technology) methodology for the Institución Autónoma Cuerpo de Bomberos Pelileo. Since in recent years there has been considerable growth at the institutional level, it has been forced to increase both its human, economic and, of course, technological resources, for this reason Information and Communication Technologies have become a fundamental pillar in the improvement of all processes, both administrative and operational, and likewise in the services provided by the Institution to the community. The Institución Autónoma Cuerpo de Bomberos Pelileo does not have a Strategic Plan for Information and Communication Technologies, so that the management of ICT (Information and Communication Techn ologies) does not comply with a correct procedure, preventing the acquisition from being controlled, the use, implementation and administration of all ICT resources. Developing a Strategic Plan for Information and Communication Technologies will allow achi eving better performance and optimization of all the technological resources that the Institution possesses and therefore greater efficiency will be sought in all organizational processes; This is how both administrative and operational activities will be carried out with better performance. For its elaboration it has been based on the application of the PETI methodology that consists of 4 phases that is diversified into 15 activities which become the guide for the development and fulfillment of the strateg ic planning of IT (Information Technologies), of in this way, possibilities are opened for the integration of projects related to process innovation. Within this context, activities such as an execution schedule, human resources, activities, costs and anal ysis of risks associated with each process were defined together with the respective plan that allows these risks to be corrected if they arise.
