Many companies have disappeared because of the crisis, while others have managed to survive thanks to their innovative capabilities, focused on the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). E-commerce became a fundamental tool for companies during the COVID-19 pandemic since it allowed them to promote their products and services and maintain the flow of sales. Another added benefit was also the opportunity to collect valuable information about customers, such as their purchasing preferences, online behavior, comments, and product reviews. The footwear industry in emerging economies is taking advantage of (ICTs) to improve the management of their processes and increase their efficiency. In this sense, electronic commerce has become a fundamental pillar, allowing better interaction with customers and greater expansion in the global market. This project is an e-commerce web application that allows shoe producers to sell their products online and improve their sales force, with this free tool. The program is created using Webassembly with the C# programming language through Blazor, which are a set of tools that allow the creation of web applications. The agile methodology called Extreme Programming or XP was used to carry out the project creation process.Item Sistema informático para control y monitoreo basado en el sistema de control Andon para mejorar el desempeño de procesos y control de recursos en la manufactura de calzado de cuero(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales e Informática, 2017-08) Pazmiño Garcés, Ricardo José; Urvina Barrionuevo, Kléver RenatoMantener un control continuo de producción dentro del entorno industrial es de suma importancia para cumplir los estándares de calidad de los procesos que se llevan a cabo [1]; al mismo tiempo que se obtiene información continua y precisa de los mismos para el control y corrección de posibles eventualidades. En el transcurso del proceso de manufactura se presentan interrupciones imprevistas en la producción, las cuales se originan por diferentes motivos relacionados con la maquinaria, el personal o incumplimiento de la calidad en el producto final. Las líneas de producción se detienen de manera automática, lo cual pone al Sistema de producción en estado de emergencia [2]. Al generarse una interrupción durante un proceso en la producción, el tiempo que conlleva detectar el problema y tomar medidas correctivas para solucionarlo es sumamente excesivo, generando retrasos e impidiendo el cumplimiento efectivo de las ordenes de producción programadas. Se implementa un sistema de control visual Andon para monitorear los procesos de producción dentro de las industrias manufactureras, el cual permita la obtención de información de los procesos que se llevan a cabo. Abstract Maintaining continuous production control within the industrial environment is of paramount importance to meet the quality standards of the processes being carried out [1]; At the same time, as continuous and accurate information is obtained for the control and correction of possible eventualities. During the manufacturing process, there are unforeseen interruptions in production, which arise from different motives related to machinery, personnel or breach of quality in the final product. The production lines stop automatically, which puts the Production System in a state of emergency [2]. When an interruption is generated during a production process, the time taken to detect the problem and take remedial action to solve it is extremely excessive, causing delays and preventing the effective fulfillment of the scheduled production orders. An Andon visual control system is implemented to monitor the production processes within the manufacturing industries, which allows the obtaining of information of the processes that are carried out.
