    Through this Research topic, it is proposed to obtain first-line information from the client on the state of connectivity of the internet service and the use-activity for which the service that has been contracted requires. The research proposes the collection of information on a daily basis, which will serve to proactively meet the needs of current and future clients-users of the Internet service of the National Telecommunications Corporation CNT EP, taking into account the following items:  Shortcomings at the network level.  Customer perception of the attention of news that they report through any communication channel regardless of the means of access.  Contact the client according to their connectivity needs and, if applicable, if the Bandwidth they have contracted does not supply them, offer a better Bandwidth plan for their satisfaction based on the plans offered by CNT EP.  Analyze the statistics of repetitiveness of damages reported to CNT EP and current speeds of the internet service that it provides to its clients.  Analyze the Quality of the Experience, satisfaction of the service that the client has regarding the internet service on the Fiber to the home FTTH-GPON network.  To have a communication channel and ascending feedback from the operative to the top management that allows optimizing the processes of timely attention to damages in the access network, deployments of new networks and improvements in technical-commercial advice to the client.
